At the risk of sounding nit picky, I'll give a pros and cons list. PROS: -Location..literally steps to the beach, ON the beach and just a few minutes from Gulf Shores, 45 minutes to Pensacola. Right down from CVS, Publix, Urgent Care and restaurants -Great view -Price for what you get (we stayed in mid October during off season) -washer/dryer...

We picked this place because of the price. Gulf shores is a very expensive place to stay and this one was well within our budget. It is a small condo complex that sits between two larger places. We stayed in room 21. The place is very dated but very neat and clean. The kitchen table was tiny - barely enough...

First time at Orange Beach .... Stayed in Room 56. Outside of building looks old and out dated but the inside of our condo was awesome. Everything looked new & up to date. The pool wasn't large but we were here for the beach and never went to the pool. Very close to the beach ... Would set up our...

This was our third time to stay in this condo and as usual it can't be beat. Excellent accommodations for the price, family oriented and you have access right on the beach!!! You are nearby to shopping, groceries and if you get sick the clinic right down the street. Very well located and ran!

The room wasn't pleasant, and the amenities were outdated and the look was rather unappealing. Our taoster was entirely rusted out and everything in the room was either flimsy, ugly, or far outdated. Go stay at a nice chain of hotels (i.e. Hilton, Hampton, et cetera)

The elevator was EXTREMELY slow and will break down from time to time. There is construction going on next door until late July 2016 that is still very loud outside and causing construction debris to get all over the cars and in the pool. They have nice storage on the ground floor for each condo so you do not have...

Emerald Skye Condos were very beautiful and very well taken care of. The view from floor 4 was amazing and we saw dolphins from the balcony and even a shark at one time! The beach was very clean and sandy. The property was always clean and picked up. The pool was warm and kept up to par. My only complaint...

I read the reviews on several condos before settling on Ms. Faye's unit at Emerald Skye. It is a 1-bedroom unit, 2nd floor dreamy get away location. First, working with Faye on booking was a breeze. The unit was just as pictured and very homey. Clean and well stocked. And with a view of the beach that was just what...

Stayed for seven wonderful days at this gulf front condo. Small complex, only 36 units, 6 floors. All units are gulf front with spacious balconies. Small, shaded pool, but was heated, which was a plus. The only downside, a huge condo complex is being built next door so there was early morning construction. This will only mean more people on...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
When vacation on the Alabama Gulf Coast beaches of Orange Beach, be sure to check out and book at Emerald Skye complex. With only 6 units per floor and a six story complex, no sort of being overcrowded ever comes to mind. The location is within minutes to grocery stores, Nightlife, Gift & Souvenir Shops as well as marinas. There are 2 marina's less than a mile up from Emerald Skye. You can rent jetski's, pontoon boats, go on a dolphin cruise, parasail, take a deep sea fishing trip, and so much more. I recommend checking out the San Roc Cay Marina. There is a large Blue Marlin Water Fountain that sits in front out by the beach road. Cute shops, a small restaurant/ sports bar, tiny playground for kids, beautiful courtyard is setup in the middle with plenty of tables and chairs. from the condominium complex named Emerald Skye. Each unit is Individually owned and managed however this entire building is full of great owners and managers that can assist you with whatever iUnit 26 is an Orange Beach Condo rental located directly on the beach facing the Gulf of Mexico and our beautiful white sandy beaches. 1 Bedroom 1 bathroom corner unit will accommodate up 6 guest comfortably.
