I came here with my family for a conference. The resort is very nice. Our beds were very comfortable,we had a a good view of the ocean and pool. It’s also nice to have a bar poolside and restaurants at the resort so you don’t have to really leave to grab a bite to eat.My mom and I got pina coladas by the pool and we also ordered a pizza too. The pool was big,but there were a ton of kids and families splashing around.Online it’s listed that there’s an indoor pool but it’s really just like a continuation of the pool into an enclosed space. It was very crowded around the pool area, but the chairs were comfy. The only knit picky stuff I really have to say about this place is that our room didn’t have a microwave and our balcony was kind. The beach access is not handicap accessible whatsoever and has very steep stairs on both ends. Also for whatever reason, and I don’t know if this really has to do with the resort, but the chairs and umbrellas for rent were different from the rest on the beach which I prefer the other ones over those.Overall a very nice place to stay.…
So good, but don't tell anyone! Staff all great. Amenities convenient and good. Loved the pool. Room was bare-bones - all grey and brown - modern. But I didn't go to stay in the room. It was fine. Had a view of the gulf. Good job, Perdido Beach!
We celebrated a family wedding reception at the hotel restaurant and could not be happier with the amazing waitstaff we had. Both Marvin and Sam did such a phenomenal job making drink and food recommendations and so attentive to our large group needs. Highly recommend!
We have visited orange beach a number of times and always stayed in a condo. We only were in for one night for a concert so booked this. We were pleasantly surprised. It is an older resort but at some point recently sunk a lot of money in. Our room felt brand new. Balconies were small but all faced the ocean. Pool bar was great. Food was good as well. Impressive service and the beach is gorgeous. No real complaints. Not a four seasons but it seems that they probably turned what could have been a 2-3 star resort into 4 with the money put in. I would return.
Glinda Pope did an amazing job cooking us our omelettes at the omelette bar! Super sweet lady and delicious food! The views are beautiful as well, it was such a fun casual place great for breakfast or a quick lunch!
Perdido Beach Resort is an absolute must-book! My husband and I stayed in a club level room while he was on business. From the moment we checked in, every single staff member was kind, courteous, and genuinely excited to help us enjoy our stay. The overall resort was clean and modern, the rooms were clean and luxurious, and the food and beverage offerings were all spectacular. The pool area was spacious and plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The grill and bar near the pool had excellent food and drinks and access to the beach was super easy. The highlight of the trip, though, were Melody and Pat in the Club Lounge. They were both full of personality and so eager to chat and make our experience absolutely perfect and is a shining representation of what makes this resort my first choice in Orange Beach. Overall, I can't recommend this resort highly enough. Can’t wait for our next visit.…
My husband and I stayed for a weekend and we found the hotel very reasonably priced with outstanding service. The hotel and room were very nice and the valet service was very fast! The pool was nice and the food was good. The beach was beautiful
Perdido Beach Resort is an absolute must-book! My friend and I stayed in a club level room, and it was well worth the money. From the moment we checked in, every single staff member was kind, courteous, and genuinely excited to help us enjoy our vacation. The rooms were clean and luxurious, and the food and beverage offerings were all spectacular (the "PBR stress reliever" is one of the best drinks I've ever had!). The highlight of the trip, though, were Melody in the Club Lounge. She was full of personality and was so eager to chat and make our experience absolutely perfect and is a shining representation of what makes this resort my first choice in Orange Beach. Overall, I can't recommend this resort highly enough.
I enjoyed my stay at the Perdido Beach Resort. I enjoyed the hospitality, from Melody and Ms. Pat. They are very welcoming and make sure everyone feels at home when they visit. Great genuine service!!!
The Perdido Beach Resort exceeded our expectations and was a great conclusion to a spring break tour of the Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. The hotel is bright and modern. The employees are courteous and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the beach is wonderful. This is a good high end resort but is not an over-the-top luxury property. The Club Level Lounge was perfect for breakfast and the evening reception with engaging and fun staff on all the days we were there. The Voyagers Restaurant exceeded all expectations for hotel dining. Fabulous food and friendly service in an elegant but relaxed atmosphere. Service and food quality at the other restaurants was great. The aquatic adventures store was helpful, and the beach chair staff were good. Valet was free and efficient. We would definitely pick this resort again if we travel to Orange Beach!…
