A friend rented a condo in the Palms in Orange Beach, AL in early September 2016. The condo was on the 5th floor, 2 large bedrooms and bath and big balcony. Comfortable seats on the balcony made this the space my girlfriends and I spent most of our time.

Booked through Alabama Costal Properties, this was a very nice 2 bedroom unit. Although just the two of us we always book a 2 bedroom unit so my wife does not have to share a bathroom. When we arrived mid-afternoon the unit was ready, clean as a pin. After 7 hours on the highway it was nice to find toilet...

Family stayed in room 102/floor level. Beautiful nice beach view, huge patio, A/C worked well, tvs in all rooms and that was about it. Condo had gnats and mosquitos that we had to kill during our weekly visit. Dead roaches throughout rooms had to be disposed of. Room was outdated big time! Pots and pans were old but you use...

Nice location on the beach, accommodations so-so, stayed in condo # 713 needs many updates actually the whole building needs a lot of updating . Bed spread filthy, shower curtain moldy, no stopper in bathtub, just needs to be updated and cleaned better, probably would not pay the price to stay there again. There are better places to stay in...

The Palms has a family friendly beach. As all of Alabama, Orange Beach is enforcing bringing all beach supplies in at night. Great because beaches are much cleaner! Our unit is on the corner and has 2 walls of the family room with full view of beach. The beach can be seen from each of the 3 bedrooms as well...face...

Palms 402B was a great beach condo. Plenty of parking, swimming pools, workout room, ocean facing balcony and easy beach access. The unit had all the amenities of home: refrigerator, washer / dryer, garbage disposal and numerous flatscreen TVs with Dish Network. Internet WiFi was unexpectedly fast. The furniture was nouveau beach and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable but...

Stayed in unit 102. Maintenance issues were reported but never fixed after several phone calls. Light fixture in guest bath was full of water, light flickered every time we turned it on, afraid of being electrocuted so just left it off! Gnats in the unit were very annoying especially when cooking, yuck!! Bath towels and wash cloths were thin and...

We stayed in unit 413 for our 1st family vacation (we are a family of 7, 2 adults 5 kids). The main property wasn't the most posh by any means but when you walked through the door you were pleasantly surprised. The entire place is beautifully decorated & updated. They had plenty of plush bath & beach towels, comfy beds,...

Palms 611 could be a good property. The bathrooms could stand to be updated. The best g issue is that it is not maintained well. The kitchen sink backed up into the dishwasher twice on us in consecutive days. We are presently enduring the second event. Last night it wasn't fixed but the mess was cleaned after an emergency call....
