Air did not work, shower was dirty, only had one towel and one wash cloth for two people, no soap, coffee pot looked nasty, outside of hotel needed swept and cleaned, claim to have breakfast but only had honey buns and coffee and juice. When I booked I told them I had to be on first floor because of disabilities... More

Whatever happened to a base level of self-respect and integrity in running a business? We show up. I booked the jacuzzi suite. At check-in I said "is this a nice room?" I guess what did I expect her to say. The place is a dump. Walked in the room and it smelled disgusting. The carpet was stained and sticky. The... More

Every year we come here for a family reunion. We make our reservations 11 months in advance, We ALWAYS request downstairs rooms (my parents are elderly & have a hard time climbing stairs). Today, after traveling for 12 hours, we were informed that the only rooms available were upstairs rooms, After driving around the parking lot & seeing only 1... More

We were in town for a conference and were given a descent rate. I have to say that the lady who checkd us in was great, however, that as far as I can give a good compliment. As we checkd in the room, the pictures that they place on their website is not the same. The room as extremly hot... More

After the completely rude experiene I encountered at Days Inn, I was very happy to be met with a friendly smile and a great staff at the Covered Bridge Inn. We were checked in to our room in a matter of minutes, rooms were very clean, and we will be back next year. Whether they have their pool or not... More

Booked two rooms for two nights, for my daughter's bridal party and me (Mom). One was non-smoking and the other smoking. Except for the obvious smell of the smoking room, you couldn't tell one room from the other. The smoking room actually had more comfortable beds. I can't complain. The staff was very courteous and the place was very clean... More

I very much enjoyed staying at this motel. The town was quiet and peaceful. Management was very nice and helpful at 3a.m. The rooms were very well kept and up to standards. I stayed for 2 days and slept great each night. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in this area.

We stayed here because the only other motel in town had lost our reservation. Upon arrival, they tried to charge us a second time, as my father-in-law had already arranged to pay for our room. The staff are very nice, but they seem very out-of-touch as to how awful this place is. The grounds are in disrepair and need attention/cleaning... More

When my family and I arrived at the Covered Bridge Inn, we were greeted to the the news that all the non-smoking rooms in the motel were taken. When I told the clerk that wasn't acceptable, she suddenly remembered she DID have ONE non-smoking room she could rent. She advised me that the fridge and microwave did not work. We... More
