We were traveling to pickup furniture and needed a place to stay the night before moving it. This was a great place just for that. It was comfortable the staff was great and the room satisfied all our needs.
The property is definitely in need of some renovation. It's clean and works for a nights stay, but it is very basic and probably not your best choice if you're lookinbb for a nicer hotel. Price reflects the value.
Property was below par, bed the worst, the floor would be more comfortable, needs lots of rentavation, very low end, would not recommend to anyone, a least there not any bed bugs, surprised Wyndham even has a place like this
When we checked in, we were given a room but when we got in there the vent cover was laying on the lavatory counter, along with the toilet tissue holder/with tissue on it. The mattress was lumpy. After we went to the office to complain, we were told that the room had been freshly painted and that's the reason for the odor. They gave us another room, which was worse. We were going to call the front desk and ask what channel ESPN was and the phone wouldn't work. My husband walked to the office to ask. The sink wouldn't drain because someone had poured Ramen noodles down the drain and they floated back up. I had to brush my teeth over the tub. There was, also, Ramen noodles on the countertop. The towel bar had come loose and was hanging down. One of the complimentary shampoo bottles was, only half full. There were used tissues on one of the night stands. There was tons of dust on the light fixtures and the clock and the microwave was not clean. The light bulb, in the stand up lamp, was broken and hanging out of the socket. We called Wyndham to complain about the 3 1/2 star rating they gave this motel. They got in touch with the manager and he told them we broke the towel bar and he didn't even charge us for the damage to the room. We are 80 and 73 years old. We don't break things in motels. After talking to Wyndham a couple times, they compensated us. We told them that the first girl we talked to, at Wyndham, said that the manager, at Super 8, offered us a free night's stay and that our case was closed. We, even, talked to her supervisor, who was no help. The second Wyndham girl was very helpful and when she was told the manager offered us a free room she said, "Why would you want to stay there another night?" My husband called the manager to ask why he told Wyndham that we broke the towel rack. He was told that we were going to write about the motel on Trip Advisor and he yelled at my husband to "Do it now, do it now"! So, that's why I'm doing this.…
Smoke infested room that hasn't seen a good cleaning in years. I don't smoke but everything that was in the room reaks of smoke. Shower was nasty and the shower curtain had stains from who knows what.
