Our pre and post cruise stays were outstanding. Hands down best hotel stay ever. If I had to rate the staff on a scale of 1-10 I would give them an 11. Interacting with the staff was like being with old friends. They made our stay just that much better. I can't wait to stay and see them again. Also...

We arrived to the hotel tonight, after driving with our young children, to learn that the hotel was completely overbooked. They had no rooms with 2 queen beds available, nor did they offer a rollaway bed, despite the fact that we made the reservations several months in advance. The front desk staff was less than apologetic offering very little to...

Stayed in mid January for business in the area. Rooms were very clean and neat. Staff was cordial and professional. Would stay here again. Convenient to convention center and Maritime museum. Downtown area has many good restaurants close by.

We stayed here on our way home from Disney World and were pleased. It was a bit out of our way, but the hotel was worth it. The room was very clean, service was wonderful, we had a gorgeous view and the food was pretty good too! This will definitely be our place to stay in the future!

I'm the pickiest when it comes to hotels and the Battlehouse was 100% up to my standards. Frankly, it was better than the Hilton Hotel I stayed at the day after... The Service: The men and women who work here are excellent conversationalists and do a wonderful job. They were nice, helpful and caring. The Room: Very clean, the bed...

While on a tour of the South with my children, we stopped in Mobile for the night of December 30 and Christmas Eve. We were created by the most magnificent Christmas Tree in the lobby. We felt at home immediately. The valet was amazing. The desk staff was amazing. I could not give higher praise to the staff of the...

When we checked in at 4:00,we were not told anything about our room. When we get there, we find a hospitality suite with a pull out sofa. They expected my coworker and I to sleep on a less than full size bed together for two nights. We went down to request a room change, but was told there was nothing they...

Nice hotel in downtown Mobile. Large rooms. Nicely laid out and convenient if downtown is where you eat and or do business. Also only a couple minutes off the interstate. Several restaurants in walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel just for one night as we travelled through Mobile. We were very fortunate to be placed in the historic part of the building in a king suite room. The bathroom was wonderful with a fantastic tiled wall the bath and shower were both huge. The suite was very roomy and had more than enough space...
