The floors were dirty, the bathroom toilet leaked, they had just two items for breakfast, the tub was broken, the microwave didn’t work and the remote was broken. They wouldn’t give us extra towels because the hotel was booked to capacity.

Horrible. Blood stained mattresses. Fluid dried on sheets. Got a room for my Mom and one for me and our grandchildren. Pictures will make your stomach churn. I just can't say how horrible this hotel stay was.

MY SCORE IS -0 Our family met here after traveling for over 8 hours each. We were very tired and even though we were very tired we did notice some issues. Once we caught up with each other i had to go to the front desk to get two extra towels because there were four of us in the room. Not a big issue i thought but front desk did not have access to any extra. After asking again the desk clerk finally did send her relief that was arriving down to get me two towels. She walked very slowly literally dragging her feet and looking at her cell phone. After about 10 minutes she started back in the same mode. Started to walk past me with her face in her phone and i had to stop her to get my towels. however this morning was a shocker. It started off with the breakfast. They serve breakfast starting at 6. We arrived at 6:45 to find nothing there. No milk no fruit. Nothing but cold coffee and a few slices of wilted bread. There was a waffle maker and we were able to make one waffle and had to ask for more batter to make more. We had 6 in our family. No milk for ceral we had to ask for that. We had to go somewhere else to eat cause there was absolutely nothing to feed the kids. We spoke to the on coming front desk Tammy and she was very friendly and represented the hotel in a very professional manner. Once we began to check out the horror began. I have attached pictures that will tell thw rest of the story. I am horrified that my mother and grandchildren slept in these conditions. I only put a few of what was the worst. The stuff on the beds (2 rooms) was not stains but actually stuff on the sheets and blankets. Not to mention us waking up to a balcony full of empty beer cans and food.

Pretty sparse room with only 30 channels on the tv and only coffee for breakfast with no lids. Room was cheap but was also noisy. Close to I65 in Mobile on Moffett Road. Next to a Hardee's restaurant.

Quiet and close enough to downtown. Everything was booked closer to downtown and we didn’t want to spend a lot of money for such a short busy stay knowing we would be away with family. We only were in the room for quick clothing changes and sleep. There is a fast food restaurant within walking distance for breakfast or late night snacks as needed. Staff was extremely friendly and placed us next to the lobby. All was clean and neat for being an older hotel. House keeping offered to freshen our rooms and linens which we refused due to our short stay. Cost was a bit higher than I liked but the area had lots of events scheduled for the weekend which probably drove the cost a bit higher.
