We arrived without a reservation and managed to get a dorm for 6 of us, the Man named Wan let us check-in early morning and we were thrilled to have our rest. RM15 per person with an awesome bed and a quiet environment to rest, it was just awesome.

Stayed one night, considered cheapest price I ever got in Melaka (RM35 with air-con). Strategic location, everything wanted is just around you. (Food, Bike,Tourist Attraction, etc). Room is clean enough but room's insulation is terrible. One of the water-heater was down but not the big issue. Everything is good, but it can be better. Since it is the low price...

Great for family with small kids. I was looking for walking distance to jonker street with 2 King or Queen size beds in a family room. N I found it here. Excellent. Got limited parking however we were lucky to have a space behind the guesthouse. Breakfast we went to hotel puri which just a few steps away. Nice environment....

Small room and very old. No towel, when I ask for. Staff bring me just 1 towel and told me that use for 2 person. Near Jonker Walk night market. 2-3 minute walk. 69 Ringgit per night. But I feel expensive. WiFi is available at lobby only.

It is really well located, but since it'S a busy road close to Jonker walk, it's noisy. The dorm is not really a room is takes the whole 3rd floor, with a balcony. Wifi is not working in the dorm, but works well on the front balcony of the second floor. Lockers and showers with hot water in dorm and...

We booked one night in advance. Upon arrival, we regretted this decision and only stayed only one night at the dorm of Cheng Ho Guest House. There are two main reasons: one of us suffered from bed bugs and the dorm was dirty. Furthermore, there were people sleeping in the dorm who looked like to be living there permanently. For...

Got to the middle of Malacca with no idea where to go. Walked around to the back of hard rock cafe. We found this little Japanese guest house. We were expecting no room at the inn. But the owner an old guy was very friendly and offered us a room. We paid 50myr upfront. And there were no surprises. Highly...

Room is small, with air-conditioning. Bed was comfy, feels clean enough. There's a hot and cold water dispenser, and hot shower too! WiFi not working when we were there. Avoid rooms near the road if you are a light sleeper; we were woken by early prayer and noisy trishaws and other traffic during the night.

Pros: The location of the hotel is great. Its about a minutes walk from Jonker Street, Hard Rock, couples minutes from Clock tower, church and other attractions. The price for location & given amenities, it's good. They provide drinking water too (hot & cold). Free wi-fi. The staff is helpful, they gave directions like where-to & how-to. Cons: It's opposite...

So hell hotel really exist! Sadly in historical Malacca. Lizards, roaches, millipede & whole army of mosquitoes appeared out of nowhere the moment we checked in. We wanted to stay in Jonker Street area and I didn't prebook our hotel coz it was a last minute and end up in this hell hotel coz most of them were full. It...
