My friends and I went for a completely unplanned overnight trip to Melaka a week before the final exams of the semester were approaching.

Is it close to attractions such as Baba & Nyong Heritage Museum, Jonker Street, Dutch Square etc., Can you say whether it is walkable or should we hire a taxi? Or else any other transport mode available in Malacca?

No this place is not walkable to those areas. You will need a taxi. Or you could rent a car or motorcycle. The only attraction near this hotel could be the Portugese settlement. But the hotel is very nice though. If you want to be near the heritage areas, you may want to try Melaka Raya. The Straits Suites and Hotel is very comfortable and strategic if you are looking for one there. Its new too.
