There is few disavantages I found out for this hotel. 1. The hotel did provide parking for guest but there is only 7 lot infront hotel. More parking lot is provided in the opposite road. However, the road is too busy and very dangerous for kids or oldest to cross over. 2. The cleaness of the room is satisfactory. However,...

Stayed here many times past 8 years. But the place has runned down. Poor maintainance and poor cleanliness. Noted a large 8cm dark brown fungus(mushroom like) growing at the back of the bathroom door at our recent stay. The room was musty and dusty, and air-condition faulty. Towels were old. At every visit, we found that the bathroom shower drainage...

The facade and corridor have nice decor. My room was a junior room so it was small, as i guessed. There was an adjoining door to the next room, also not a surprise, since it could double up as an extension for a large family. But i was surprised and annoyed... because on my second night, past midnight, the next...

My family and I (4 of us) stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We booked Family Room - 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed. At first, we were given a room with broken toilet door knob. So, we made a complaint to the receptionist and managed to change the room. The room was quite pleasant. There were no...

It was an average hotel which has balcony (not great view). We requested late check-in & upon arrival we were offered to an upgrade from Deluxe to Triple. For the hotel customer, they have a parking space nearby (walking distance), average lobby but really hot walking hall, room cleanliness was fine until I sit on the bed, it feels like...

It was the biggest room available for our last minute booking. A room consisted of 2 queen beds, located on the 7th (or 8th) floor. It was on the same level with the gym, which was a score but that very much was it. The room was clean but too small to accommodate the four of us. I love the...

Won't stay here again. It is adequate, but not nice. The smallest room is too small for two guests. The TV doesn't get English speaking channels. the worst thing was that there is only one electric outlet in the room. I had three things (phone, laptop, camera) to plug in and charge, and since the room key activates the electricity,...

I was here few years back and I quite like the room, few years later, I'm back to celebrate Xmas. The room was dirty, cup with stain and water sink was clogged. The breakfast with less choice. The only good thing is the hotel having good staffs. Will not consider to come back to stay. Disappointed.
