We visited La Bamba in December 1992, on our honey moon. Stayed there for almost a week. It was new and just up coming. The owners and their son, were so hospitable. Our room was facing the sea and it was beautiful. V enjoyed our stay there and 23 years later, still have wonderful memories of this place.

This place doesnt offer much lavishness. This is one of hotels closest to baga beach. However, the rooms were quite ordinary and not very much furnished. However, for the rates it offers, the value is quite good. Will recommend if you are travelling with friends, and no for family.

The location of the place was excellent and the owner was helpful and made us feel very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the breakfast was great. However, the picture of a pool is misleading as there is no pool facility. On checking with the owner, he was unsure as the why the pool picture was on... More

I booked the hotel in the peak season of December, 2009, after seeing it in a travel book. The room rates were reasonable considering the peak tourist season. I booked it on phone and paid the advance directly to the A/c number given by them. I was aprehensive as what would be the condition of the hotel as I have... More

I stayed in this hotel for three days, and it was a really good budget hotel. It was a minute's walk from Calangute Beach, and a minute's walk got me to the Calangute Market. It is a house converted to hotel, and that is the reason for it being a budget hotel. And that is why you don't feel like... More
