David, the owner could not have been more friendly, caring and fun. The daily breakfast was delicious and the king-sized room and bathroom spacious with plenty of room for all of our stuff! (Often a pet peeve of mine when I can't spread out.) Beautiful streets for walking. Plus an amazing restaurant, Jesse's, right down the street that stays booked, so make those reservations before you go.

We were treated like royalty by David and Eric. Exactly as advertised ++. Oak street is a miniature Oak Alley. Beadwork and pine heartwood floors unbelievable. Gourmet breakfast included. Waking up to smell of beacon a delight. Centrally located for all area attractions. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to area.

Relaxing, romantic, attentive, and accommodating all describe our stay and the way we were treated. A wonderful breakfast each morning, both delicious and healthy. An easy 3 minute walk down Oak lined streets will get you to Jesse's Restaurant. This is the first review I've written in years but because of the way we were treated I thought that Dave an Eric deserved the time this takes. Relax with a bottle of wine on the large wraparound porch. Side trips we liked were to Mobile for a walk in the Botanical Gardens followed by dinner at Felix's Fish Camp Restaurant. Another side trip (good for all ages) was to Orange Beach for a dolphin cruise. We used the Cold Mill Fleet tour located at Bear Point Marina with Captain Philip. Great time, call ahead to verify times as we were there in the off season. There ya go, two side trips, two wonderful restaurants and a great B&B. Thank you all for a wonderful trip.

All wonderful suggestions. Many of our guests also elect for a day trip to the bayside town of Fairhope, the last single tax colony in the US. Thank you for taking time to submit your review and recommendations. We appreciate your support. The best vacations rates are live on our website. We hope to see you again on your next visit to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

We truly can't say enough great things about the B & B, the hosts, or the area! David and Eric went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. We started each day with an amazingly delicious and beautifully presented breakfast and ended each day with fabulous cookies. The house is a unique slice of heaven with one of the most relaxing front porches I have ever had the chance to enjoy. I simply cannot recommend this place enough!

Magnolia Springs Bed and Breakfast offers every guest the absolute best stay possible from ease of arrival, best night's sleep, and truly gourmet daily breakfast to enhance your Gulf-area vacay. Don't pack all the beach gear, towels and umbrellas because this B&B has it all free to use daily. "Bring yourself and a morning appetite and we will take care of the rest" is what they say and what they do! You won't book a hotel room in this area again once you have experienced this stay-cay hidden gem and the " every need met and detail covered" expertise and charm that owner David and Innkeeper Eric bring each guest. Plan at least a 3 night booking because you will want to stay a week! You have quick access to all the Gulf attractions but will look forward to each night and morning at this better than best B&B set in one of the South's most charming coastal river towns with shaded streets line with ancient Live Oak trees and charming cottages, not to mention one of the South's best lunch and dinner restaurants just down the street!
