I wish the website had more information and pictorial presentation of the hotel. It is a Motel 6 with Hampton name on it. First night was nothing but sparks flying out of the outlet since the charging station wall outlet plug was broken and shorting out. The shower head didn't work. The toilet was very slow to drain. Carpet was... More

It was very professional, the room was very clean and peaceful. I like the location close by stores and businesses. The food was great as well as the people who worked in the lobby. I would recommend to anyone thats in the Hunstville area

I stayed recently while visiting friends in town and was there during he snow in January. It is a standard Hampton Inn but the staff makes the difference. They sprinkled snow melt before, during and after the snow so it was relatively easy to get from the room to breakfast and our car. I wish they had more double queen... More

I frequently stay at Hampton Inns, and generally have been very satisfied with the chain. The property on University Drive in Huntsville, however, was very disappointing. It was old, dilapidated, and dirty. The A/C in my room was very loud and would not hold a steady temperature. I could hear the conversation of the people in the room next door.... More

The hotel is in a good location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Very clean room and well decorated. Outside entrance is not bad to deal with although the parking is a little bit of a challenge. Lobby very nice. Outdoor pool with sitting area. Would stay at this location again if in the area.

This is an old style hotel where all rooms open to outside. Walls and doors are thin do you will hear everything going on outside and every car that drives by. They have kept it clean and done a pretty good job with updates. Location is prime right on University and close to many options for food.

Really impressed with the hotel - we were wary when we saw that the rooms had outdoor entrances, but the rooms were very updated and nice. We were really comfortable there! It looked like the breakfast buffet was good, too, we just weren't there while it was being served. Also really appreciated that the rooms had a fridge and microwave.

This is a Motel style room, that leads to the outside. Very bad part of town. Noisy outside, terrible breakfast, spider in the bathtub, shower did not work (nob literally fell off and we had to take baths). Internet did not work in the room. Terrible representation of a Hilton Property.

We were in Huntsville for the Rocket City Marathon, and this hotel was slightly farther out but much cheaper than the downtown hotels. It was well worth the savings, because getting to downtown was still very easy, and this hotel was a great value. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, room was nice, and the price was right.

I would actually rate this 3.5, but that wasn't an option. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: - The staff was terrific, extremely friendly and courteous. - The room looked nice and felt updated. - The breakfast the next morning was nice as well, good variety that you normally find at a Hampton Inn. - Location was great, tons...
