Had a wonderful stay here. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Deontay McDonald made our stay a breeze and helped us with all our needs the entire stay. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and knew all the activities the hotel and Bridgestreet had to offer. Will visit again and recommend to friends and family.

We were at this hotel for three full nights. Our room was never cleaned the entire time we were at this hotel. One day was Thanksgiving, but towels were not provided as requested. Next day service was fully missed by hotel crew. Could not wait to check out of room. Very expensive hotel for such poor service and so far, no attempt to provide at least some refund for the poor service. On bright note, restaurant staff was very good, even with holiday week.

This review and 5 stars are for staff member Deontay. A lot of things can make a trip/stay great (or not). He made it great. Sometimes I think customer service no longer exists. He restored my faith this weekend. Thank you Deontay for taking care of me and my friends this weekend. I hope you’re around at Westin Bridgestreet, the next time we visit Huntsville.

The Westin Huntsville is in a great location near many shops and restaurants! I was here for an event being held in one of the ballrooms! I decided to stay here vs. travel after the event because I enjoy Westin accommodations! My review will focus on the accommodations vs. feedback on event staff (Ashley) who dropped by ball on making the behind the scenes planning for the event less than pleasing! The staff are very friendly and so their best to be helpful, but there were instances (checkout) that communication could improve between departments (reservations vs. front desk staff at the property) I am a rewards member and I had points for discounts and upgrades and this was not documented properly upon checkout! The suite I stayed in was spacious and quiet! I enjoyed the shower/bathtub options and the (White Tea Body Wash..smelled amazing)! I am a fan of the Westin Beds…the bedding (pillows/duvet) envelopes you and make for a restful sleep! Another restful stay at a Westin property..but 3-star (average) for the unpleasant checkout experience!

This is NOT a "pets allowed" hotel! They are dog friendly only. We had reservation as we moved across several states with 2 cats. When we called to confirm the room while on the road they said they DO NOT take cats. Only dogs. We changed our trip plans and stayed at Residence Inn in Chattanooga TN. It was FANTASTIC. Will always pick that over Westin. What a loser this was.

Stayed at the Westin 2 nights midweek for an event at the nearby Orion Amphitheater. Friend booked the hotel in March. Upon check in they had us for one night( supposed to have been 2) we got up stairs. Gave us a handicap accessible room no big deal. Mini fridge not plugged in we moved it across the room to another outlet. Bathroom door didn’t close and outside handle was missing. Other than that the room was fine. The two shower options were kind of a blessing. We booked another night at the alternate side (element) for Wednesday night. Then my friend found the email for two nights so had to cancel second reservation and then they wanted to move us rooms. We weren’t the only ones with wonky reservations we met and spoke to. Shining stars: Lady running breakfast at Sage was awesome. The true shining star is Deontay who drove the shuttle both nights as well as flying around the hotel helping folks and offering advice and suggestions around the area during the day. This dude is the hardest working person in the hotel. Awesome guy who made the trip 5 stars. Hotel needs to bottle his energy into the rest of the building.

We stayed here to watch a movie. The parking was free, and the location is great to watch a movie or explore the mall. The hotel itself was nice, but it’s pretty much the same as the other attached hotel which is cheaper and has free breakfast. If available we would have stayed there for the free breakfast.

The room and the rest of the hotel were very pleasant. My only complaints that made it probably a deal breaker for me was I could not use my chromecast on the wifi they had and the wifi when my laptop was downloading things was at 200kb like it was 1999 or something. no password on the internet meant they couldn't offer very high quality internet to begin with. So it meant in my room I just had to sit and look at my phone for the rest of the night.

Overall, the location was great and the views were appealing. The rooms had some wear to the bathrrom tiles and my chair was dirty, but I could overlook that for the location and pretty good price. I would recommend this place.

The absolute worst trip ever. I booked the room at the element because we wanted a bigger room. We were exhausted after a double header baseball game 30 miles away got to the element desk waited in line 20 minutes 1 lady working was told I didn't have a room I showed her my app and she said ohh let me check again then said you're at the Westin just walk down that hall.I went to the Westin desk they said the element was overbooked so the bonvoy app threw it to them. Then they said I had 2 reservations and I said no just one I prepaid on the app and they asked for my card for incidentals then the system locked up...45 minutes and 2 managers later we got our room. The manager Cameron said go to the Sage grill order drinks and apps on me so we did the waiter handed the menus back said it's on the house order whatever you want my son ordered an entree. I then see big Cameron come look at the waiter and do the cut off move and then the bar tender comes and says what did Cameron say was comped I said drinks and apps but the waiter said everything was on the house. We looked like idiots I said I'll pay for whatever but the ONLY reason we came here is because everything else is CLOSED NOW! Along comes another manager and says she took care of everything except the beers. I said whatever I'll pay whatever just to get out of here. Absolutely ruined a state playoff win celebration for my son. Made me feel like a criminal from the start and only got worse. Alexia tried to help out but at this point our night was ruined! I'm an honors member and have been for years this humiliation has done it for me!

I will make sure your feedback is communicated with our hotel leadership team to ensure that this is not an issue in the future.
