We stayed for a week in August 2020. The campground is very well maintained and quiet. The internet provided was good for working online. The community room and laundry were very clean. We were welcomed very warmly and checked on periodically. The owners were very conscientious and have made Magnolia Farms a great place to stay. The campground is in a rural area within driving distance to both Foley and Fairhope. Gulf Shores is about 30 minutes away, barring crazy traffic. Dog Friendly, please pick up after your pet! There are also some country roads that are great for long walks.
We camped here for several days. It is peaceful, quiet, and clean. Convenient to Foley, but away from all the noise and traffic. We visited the outlet malls, grocery stores, and restaurants during our visit.
Have been snowbirding there for 5 years. Will not return again! Snowbirds felt very unwelcome with new owners this year. There were several evictions of full timers for no credible reason. A sign on door said no pets , but a feral cat was being bathed in kitchen sink. To much drama, not relaxing atmosphere.
We were wandering towards home from Georgia to Minnesota while spending almost two months trying to skip winter in Minnesota. Being novices we didn’t realize that late February/early March is the BUSY season in this part of the country. Wanting to visit a friend in Fairhope, Alabama we needed a place to land for 5 or 6 days and happened on Magnolia Farms RV Park. While setting up our reservation I spoke with both Ryan and Danielle, the owners. They didn’t have a single site for the time period we wanted (1 week), but went out of their way to get us in so we only had to switch sites once. When our week was up we decided we wanted to stay longer and we were able to extend our stay another night. The park itself was quiet and well kept; the bathrooms and laundry room were bright and clean and the seasonal guests were all friendly and helpful. Both Ryan and Danielle went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. We biked some back roads around the park and also went south to Gulf Shores and biked on their trails one day. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.…
This RV resort is a great place to stay! The owners and management are accommodating and quite kind ready to help with anything they can. Grounds are kept beautiful and clean. Nice place to stay, I highly recommend.
