Super facility, enjoyed the stay/ Food/ nice ambience, few more facilities not able to enjoy due to less time available, would like visit at the earliest & future stays will be at the same hotel, as the services were awsome.

Nice & comfortable stay. Staffs were courteous. Room dining services were great. Breakfast had many varieties. Quality of food was excellent. The In room Mini bar option was also filled with a large variety.

Had a really amazing experience at the hotel. Amazing location, the hotel is right at the heart of park street. As a tourist, there was lots to explore right under the hotel. The pubs and restaurants under the hotel, like Trincas made the nights pretty lively, we felt as if we had arrived in Bangkok. The hotel staff was very friendly & helpful. Special mention to S. Vasanti for catering to our needs and always smiling at the breakfast table, also special thanks to Sadia at the recption for enabling smooth check-in, check-out and stay. Our stay was really amazing though, one thing they can improve on is the shower system. The shower system in the hotel would not heat the water fast, the shower would have to be kept on and lot of water wasted until the water actually heats up. I recommend installing instant geysers in the room and pool shower area so that the guests can have a better experience.…

Found this hotel to be great one in terms of service, food, ambience and location. The whole property has a great vibe and is one of the best. Nice pool and gym and restaurants.Two nightclubs and good rooms. Overall great experience. Great help from Sulagna Paul from in making it a awesome experience

Not a good experience we booked rooms and dint get confirmation for first . Then we booked the second . After a minute both the booking comes to us. In terms of five star the hotel usually refunds the amount whereas this hotel denied my refund . We explained the situation to them .

V v bad hospitality…. 1-Anushka at the reception was very rude…. 2-The call boy could come only after calling 3- the reception was not ready to give an additional room card as well 4- the rooms were pathetic I really really don’t know why the hotel is so overrated It needs serious uplift
