The room which we had originally booked had issues but they upgraded to suite room with the same cost. Very generous staff always available. Good ambience and the restaurant Aromas serves really good food both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

Had stayed there for a day. Good atmosphere. The hotel is in the heart of Park Street. 5 minutes from maidan hotel. The rooms are specious. Because of covid only one restaurant . Amandeep was really efficient with all the hotel information. I requested for a early check in. Which was handed very nicely. Overall good experience.

We stayed at kenilworth for 4 nights in a triple occupancy configuration. We had booked a premier club room was immediately upgraded to a club suite upon arrival. The room was spacious/neat and the service was prompt. Due to COVID only 1 restaurant was operational and many of their facilities were closed (like gym)... never the less the breakfast was ample. Overall rating would be 4.5/5 as if I were to nitpick, they were some things that could improve- there was a leakage in the bathroom shower section, the mini bar was not stocked and the room was too cold(the thermostat not particularly effective)

This hotel used to be a good place but this visit we noticed if had gone to the rocks. Contacting in-room dining is a herculean task and they don't take calls. I called the duty manager and he was away and the receptionist told me that she would have them call on my room No. 206. But another 15 minutes goes by and nobody calls. I go down to protest as am a diabetic and sugars were dropping onky to be told sorry. The duty manager didn't have the brains now courtesy to tell me that he will arrange the requested food first and foremost but he didn't care. The in room dining guy Mr. RANJAN comes after 10 mins and says and they all take calls abut none took any call. Yesterday prior to dinner we encountered the same issue and today is the second second back to back and felt the urgent need to put it here so people so are old, on medications, especially diabetic who need to eat food on time may know that they can suffer serious health issues if they choose The Kenilworth We paid for 4 nights upfront while checking in but our eyes have opened and we shall check out tomorrow morning never to see this hotel and its staff who don't care about its guests who give business and revenue . STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.
