Value for money and location is good. We enjoyed every movement in there. Specially DJ (cat). Childrens were so happy that they like to spend some more time there enjoying the hotel facilities. Hotel staff was very helpful and arrangment to full day visit to Tea Estate was most memorable momoment in Darjeeling.

Stayed at the Family Room. Welcoming hospitality and excellent food. However, food variety may be increased on a la carte menu. Very warm staff and ambiance. Could improve housekeeping with a little promptness. Felt safe and comfortable. Overall, very nice experience, and would love to stay again during future visits.

We ended up at this hotel because ramada and make my trip screwed up a days stay. We reached at 8 pm, we were tired and hungry and frankly totally irritated. The road to the hotel was steep, and unfortunately google had wrongly marked the location. But the moment we stepped into the hotel we forgot all the mishaps. It’s a old style beautiful property. Service is great and food is awesome. And the best part came in the morning, when we actually saw the property. It is a gem, you won’t feel like you are in crowded darjeeling. And to top it all they have three visiting cats, who are extremely friendly. All the kids in hotel were going gaga over them. Would highly recommend. Next day i had to move to ramada, and I kept wishing that ramada had screwed up all three days so i could have simply stayed here.
