Nice staff willing to help, good rooms (clean and comfortable), and the best view on the Kanchenjunga. You also have to try the black tea. The food is hardly ok, and the price for a room is a little too high though.

We booked this through GoIbibo. Considering the time i visited was peak season (may), the money paid for the rooms is OK. It was within my budget. Rooms are good. Nothing extraordinary. But the location was BAD. Super steep roads, No car parking, Bad sewers (They were flowing on the roads). The hotel has restaurant where the food is good... More

Spacious rooms, nice views and good breakfast in the restaurant. Too expensive considering the standard and location though. Paid 800:- for one night, WiFi was not working most of the time, everything was very damp and the hot water was not working in shower. Would look for another place if I come to Darjeeling again.

The hotel was so horrible (like a super-small dirty room in a slum) - that we had no choice but to find another hotel and shift on the same day after paying one day's charge as penalty. Can't believe how they got such a high score on booking.com. Did not have such experience before with good rated (by tripadvisor or... More

Loved the stay at this hotel. Foods are full fresh. Rooms are good. Especially the location. It's on the high of Darjeeling so you can view the city. A bit far from rink mall. But you will love the silence. The rooftop is open for gest that's really cool. Te cool part is library with the restaurant. You can read... More

You can get much better quality on the same street at much cheaper price. I had just come back to Darjeeling after a trek and just wanted hot shower, warm bed and wifi to catch up. I didn't get any of these. The room is very dated and cold...no heater. They say the wifi was down but I dont believe... More

Great views and comfy beds, away from the noisy road - stayed here over a week. Hot water is on at the painful time of 630-8am, but they're willing to put it on for you whenever you ask. Rooms are clean and carpeted, and beds are warm, owners are exceptionally friendly and can't do enough for you. TV works well... More

The staff is helpful and friendly, everything outstandingly clean, comfortable bed, Good wifi, a cozy rooftop restaurant and hot shower. What else can you ask? Yes! You also have great views from the rooms. The only thing I could say is that it's a little too expensive, 1200rps for a double room, but to be in high season and considering... More
