Most worse experience . Last 15 years I am traveling across the country and has terrible experience in Hotel JP ,Koyembdu ,Chennai. I came for 2 day's conference and booked their hall as well as room for my stays of three nights . On the last day I haven't woken up yet at 6:30 in the morning. I am asked on house phone when are you vacating/checking out the room ? And even more frustrating was the time when I got multiple calls in a given span of time , despite I told them I ll check out sharp at zero hours. Matter of utter surprise that I am forced to vacate the room before my time is up under the policy. Inspite of the fact that I have paid the room rent for the entire time in which I have stayed here for 3 nights. And the worst thing is that the staff ( front office) does not know how to talk.But when you express your disappointment, some managers come from behind and try to cover it up I would suggest the readers to be very cautious while choosing this hotel. I am sure that I will never ever turned up to this place ever…

Excellent place to stay, We had a very great stay in JP, I took more than 15 Rooms for a family function, The service start from front desk to all areas , staff are fantastic & the ready to service any time, The room is comfortable , easy access location, For last minute changes in our program, we inform Jeeva mam to arrange additional rooms and as well Lunch & dinner for entire group the organised well, Our entire group had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed in JP, special thanks to the entire team especially Jeeva & Manohar, Jaiganesh other all, Hope to visit again, Thanks

We travelled from England for the first time. It was an unimaginable experience. We stayed at a couple of other more expensive hotels yet this is the hotel we felt the most safest and happiest. I have to mention especially Vignesh and Sathya gave us the best experience and will always be cherished. We promised them we will be back there either in Jan or March and book our stay there. We even cancelled the other hotels to stay at JP hotel because of how pleasant majority of the staff were but especially Sathya and Vignesh. Their service was amazing and they were beyond helpful with everything. It was nice to cut cake with them before we left and we can’t wait to visit again.
