Great hotel for a city escape. Good gym and a wonderful full-service breakfast and turn-down service. We enjoyed our time there and will be back. We had some snaffles with the front desk staff trying to charge us extra for the extra beds in our rooms, despite our bookings being made well ahead of time. But the managed cleared that up for us.

Excellent service by Staff ‘Krishna’ for housekeeping! :) Highly recommend Krishna for his professionalism! He made sure the room was left in a sparkling condition. Better service than most other staff in other 5 star hotels.

Today 30th May I had the pleasure of celebrating a special occasion (My wife's birthday) at Taj Club House in Chennai, and I must say that the culinary experience, particularly the beautiful birthday cake crafted by Chef Guru, left a lasting impression on me. Paired with the exquisite dining experience at Beyond Indus, it was an evening of indulgence and satisfaction. Let's start with Chef Guru's masterpiece – the birthday cake. From the moment it arrived at our table, it was evident that it was crafted with utmost care and attention to detail. The cake was a work of art, adorned with delicate frosting, intricate designs, and vibrant colors. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it was evident that Chef Guru possesses an exceptional talent for creating visually stunning cakes. But the real delight came when we tasted it. The cake was moist, light, and had a perfect balance of flavors. It surpassed all expectations and was truly the highlight of the evening. Moving on to Beyond Indus, the restaurant at Taj Club House that specializes in North Indian cuisine, I was captivated by the ambiance and the warm hospitality extended by the staff. The interior design showcased the rich cultural heritage of India, creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. The attentive and knowledgeable staff guided us through the menu, offering recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was exceptional. The menu at Beyond Indus featured a wide array of North Indian dishes, representing different dishes of North India. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing the authentic flavors and aromas of North Indian cuisine. The use of fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every bite, and the flavors were well-balanced and harmonious. Whether it was the tender and flavorful mutton sheek kebabs or prawns, every dish was a testament to the culinary expertise of the chefs at Beyond Indus. In addition to the delectable main course, the restaurant also offered a variety of appetizers and desserts that were equally delightful. The appetizers were a perfect start to the meal, with their unique flavor profiles and creative presentations. The desserts, much like the birthday cake, were not only visually appealing but also a treat for the taste buds. Furthermore, the service at Beyond Indus was impeccable. Great experience , nice stay. Would like to stay again. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was little busy on day one but enjoyed the next day. My son enjoyed the swimming pool. Could have been a little longer.

Great Property in the heart of the city. Extremely clean, outstanding staff and service. The ambience and feel is great. The food and the service is equally great. If you are in Chennai a must stay property. I stayed with my family and the kids just loved it.
