The Destination Wedding Prime City -Jaipur,factor in the busiest wedding season day,and you get the day I was searching for accomodation!!!!!!Although I and my family,3 people checked in Nirwana with no high expectations we definately were surprised!!!!
A very late check-in at 9pm was a breeze,Dinner at the rooftop JAIPUR ADDA was fabulous,portions are large and lip smacking Rooms are spacious,even after an extra bed was put,there was enough room to sit working at the desk,room is equipped with a sofa, armchair and coffee table Washroom are super clean with all amenities
But it is the staff which makes Nirwana a magical place,they are so accomodative and helpful. Right from check-in to check-out.Hat's off to them
Location access is a little difficult during the day as it is a busy street,but plus point is it is accessable to go anywhere in Jaipur
Complementry breakfast in the morning has good variety and tasty food

Best hotel The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort. We had dinner at the Nirwana Hometel restaurant and the food was amazing. They have a great variety with affordable price both on buffet and a la carte. Our waiter, Prafulla, was very polite, patient, attentive and friendly. He explained everything, showed us the options and helped us to choose the meals. He was prompt to get our order at all times and also kept cleaning up the table very carefully and subtly while we ate. We really appreciated his services.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to Jaipur, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel's location is convenient, situated near Jaipur railway station, making major attractions like the city palace, Hawa Mahal, and various markets easily accessible. However, the rooms and bathrooms were on the smaller side. While this wasn't a major issue, it's worth noting. Additionally, toiletries were not provided by default, and guests had to request them by calling the front desk. The breakfast, unfortunately, fell below expectations. The menu remained repetitive, and live menu orders took a considerable amount of time to be served. The lack of flexibility in serving live orders after a slight delay was also a drawback. My most significant concern, and the primary reason for not recommending this hotel, was the service. The reception staff exhibited rudeness, and the valet service was subpar—unfortunately, my car was hit by the valet. However, I appreciate the swift and professional response from the manager, who promptly arranged for the car's repair and provided information for filing an insurance claim. The shared parking arrangement with another hotel led to an unpleasant incident. After the car accident, I chose to park my car on my own, leading to a confrontation with the person overseeing the shared parking. The hotel management addressed the issue, but such incidents are entirely unacceptable. In summary, the hotel has a convenient location and some positives, but the service-related issues, especially the rude staff and valet mishap, make it difficult to recommend this hotel to others.

Apologies for the unprecedented events that occurred during your stay where I could understand from your review and due investigations with the team thatyou had simultaneous issues with the car parking which bittered your entire stay experience. Your feedback regarding the bathroom supplies is well noted and it has been taken up with the Housekeeping department. I have personally checked the menu for your days of stay and would like to share that we follow strict Sarovar standards and the menu is cyclic with a range of varieties which include North Indian, South Indian, European and Regional specialties other than the cold buffet and bakery. The timeliness for live orders took time due to the heavy orders at the Live station as our Live Stations which include Omelets and Dosa are the highest demanded items during the breakfast and for serving it fresh we need to cook it right there, after your valuable suggestion, i am closely looking at the Live Stations for this week to ensure we expedite the serving and cooking time so that no one else faces what you have faced during the live orders. Lastly, I would request you to kindly ignore this incident as an isolated one as this is not our usual standard and would request you to give us another chance so that we are able to showcase you the best of hospitality during your future visits with us. This was my first visit to this Hotel. Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Every thing right from the hotel rooms,dining area,roof top cafe to wash room was just perfect. The hotel staff were very well behaved and the food tasted very good. I will definitely suggest everyone to try roof top Jaipur Adda's "Night Adda Dal" & "Khichra Risotto". Even though it's a team work in making everything perfect but it's because of leaders like Mr Sajwan who ensure everything falls into place. His soft skills are just perfect and personally takes care of each and everything right from food quality to ambience of the hotel. The room charges are very nominal and fits very well when in a value for money category. This hotel and its staff is blessed to have a GM like him. I wish everyone who is a part of this Hotel "all the best" and keep up the good work. I am glad that now I have a place in Jaipur where I can blindly anytime during the year. Leaving this hotel with very wonderful memories and a great experience.
