The property was really nice and had a royal kind of feeling once you enter the hotel. The continental food is pathetic but the Indian is great. Our room had an electric kettle with coffee and tea along with the minibar. A distant view of the Amber fort was also seen from our window along with a balcony. We were...

Average - Not bad for the rate that you pay. Location is not too good as in residential area but is not that bad. Room size (was in a suite) was good. Breakfast for average but as expected from a 3 star hotel. Ateast 30 mins to 45 mins drive to old city due to traffice but may go more...

This hotel although popular is tucked in a dead end road in a residential area. Each room is of different size and we were offered a very small room at first. Upon insisting a decent room was provided and still I feel it was over rated. Bathroom accessories were aged. Food and liquor were very costly.

I don't know why some people are talking rubbish and saying that the staff are rude. The hotel has the most cooperative staff I ever came across and the food was brilliant. The rooms were large, comfortable and equipped with good furnitures. If you ever come to Jaipur, this is the hotel to stay in and I can guarantee you...

This was our first trip to Jaipur. We stayed at the hotel from 25th to 27th October and 30th and 31st October 2014. After going through trip advisor and holiday IQ websites, we zeroed on umaid bhavan and true, a choice was the right one. The Hotel is more beautiful then its website. Service is prompt. Proximity from the railway...

We had stayed in Umaid Bhavan for 2 nights and 3 days on 22nd and 23rd of Dec 2014. The outside look of the hotel was very traditional. The room size was average, with enough storage spaces. The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. There are rooms with balcony, if you prefer to have one. Though the hotel...

Interesting architecture. Hotel rooms are a decent size and have a few unique elements (balconies and/or separate sitting rooms). Rooftop restaurant was pretty cool to look at but menu was limited and food was only average. Main negatives: Wifi didn't work very well and front desk staff were extremely slow. It's worth staying here to experience the heritage aspects of...

Me and my lil sister stayed at the Umaid Bhawan hotel for a days time when we were on a roadtrip to Jaipur. The interiors and the decor is appreciable and justifies the Heritage hotel tag.The politeness and friendliness of the staff makes the stay even better. However the food (taste wise) and the amenities lag behind if compared to the...
