Literally THE WORST luxury hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve stayed at RAAS Devigargh and had expectations of something similar or better. We reserved the Queen Elizabeth suite for 3 nights- this property felt like an Airbnb and definitely not a luxury property. DONT stay here or be mistaken by it’s fake palatial features… even the wall decor is all wall paper. (The only) Positive: - good food - very picturesque Negative: - untrained staff ( didn’t know much about the property when asked for a show around. Ie where the changing rooms from pool was, location of gym and spa as well. Mis informed us about things that will be charged and won’t be ie transport, extra food items or even just opening hours of stuff on the property itself. - rude staff - no security ( they left our rooms/doors open multiple times without our knowledge nor concern ) - unclean pool (algae on the walls and floor.. I was shocked!!) - the ACs don’t work !! Someone else has said the same thing in another review. They have ACs but they don’t switch them on unless asked?! Which property does that during a sweltering summer. - very very poor management - they closed the property one night at 11pm and No one was there to let us in!! There are only 13 rooms so how can they forget that one of their only guests hasn’t returned back to their suite?! - room facilities are horrible. Please take your own toiletries as they don’t provide much Ie no shower cap, cottons etc. Unreplaced/used soap. - poor house cleaning. They don’t change used cups and plates?! I was shocked once again… I genuinely can’t believe this is a RAAS propriety?! The staff was as lost as we were. What a horrible horrible experience.…
I made a reservation for 51 Shades of Pink, but they only open that dining area for larger parties. It’s up the hall from the The Colonnade. It’s a beautiful dining area. I had the avocado pomelo salad and butterfly pea tea; both delicious. The staff was very accommodating. My lovely server, Yashpal Singh, took me on a quick tour of the grounds as I was the only performing dining.
My family and I were passing through Jaipur for couple of nights and decided to book Rajmahal Palace, and we are so glad we did. The pictures online don’t do it justice — the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been to. The concierge Kabir Singh in particular made our stay so seamless, from last minute arrangements of cars, and a walking tour of the Palace. We were greeted with fresh juice and given gifts upon checkout as well. Would highly recommend, and hope to come soon!💜
Had a brilliant evening at Colonade, expertly looked after by Shakti Singh and his brilliant team. The speciality kebabs were superb, as was the salad all from the RAAS Rajmahal Palace Jaipur’s vegetable garden on the grounds.
Small yet sweet classic property with great food. Kabir at front desk is the person you can vouch on, he was always available for anything and everything. our entire stay even at other Raas properties in Rajasthan which we had booked went so smoothly because of him. Would also want to appreciated Mr. Shakti and Ms. Monika for their services in the restaurant. Thanks for a marvelous stay.
Beautiful Destination, Superb Hospitality, Good Ambiance and Delicious Food. A Very Special Thanks To Kabir for being extra supportive Special thanks to Mr. Chahal for being so helpful and for going an extra mile to for the gestures extended. Special thanks to Kapil for making the trip so so very memorable.
Loved the place, decor, food and hospitality! So quite and lovely. Truly a hidden treasure. Very hospitable team - Prashant Sharma was fantastic. Each of our needs was met. A real 'can do' attitude. very centrally located. The lal maas was outstanding, the best that we ate in that city. The pool and lawns were breathtaking! The new GM Mr. Wadhera was very hospitable and provided personalised attention to all. We loved our experience and strongly recommend this property! Honestly, prefer it to the Rambagh type properties for its class and overall experience!
This Sunday I have been there this property is own by royal family . Amazing , huge rooms and a class . We all knows taj and obrai but this is a real royal 5 star property. Delicious food and drinks out there along with miraval rose wine . It’s not commercial like taj and obrai but far classy than taj palace hotels in the town . Very very peaceful atmosphere and very friendly staff . I felt as if I am living in 17 Th or 18 Th century.. I must suggest if you really wanna take experience of real royal and peaceful atmosphere you must stay . Prince of Wales suite is my favourite one .. all the Rajmàhal palace 👍🏼
This is a gem at Jaipur. If you’re planning to stay at a luxury hotel, this is the one. The ambience was adorable. Breakfast was extremely delicious. Staffs were super friendly Location - heart of the city. The stay was really comfortable. Net-net, the hospitality will make you feel home! Our guest supervisor, Prashant was at his toes ensuring we made the best decision to choose this property. Cheers!
Pink champagne in crystal flutes upon arrival. A full size chandelier in our room. Huge bathtub in a spacious bathroom. The decor was everything the travel magazine photos promised. Service was rather spotty for such a high end place, but very kind.
