Avoid this overpriced property - it sucks. They definitely need a good plumber - antiquated fittings - water was brr cold, the cubicle leaked more than the Titanic. Supercilious waiter refused to seat us outside (others were eating out), didn't condescend to bring a cup of coffee (again serving others) from a dysfunctional coffee machine. Horrors - there was hair in the pohe served at breakfast- no apology - plate merely whisked away without explanation. No choice for dinner/ lunch - average food. Now I know how "commoners" were treated by so called " royalty". Guys, your property is beautiful - please up your ante in service to match it

This place is simply amazing, Loved staying here. The stay was made comfortable by all the staffs. Public sitting areas are gorgeous with painting and mirror-work. The restaurant was adequate but the peaceful environment through the rest of the property more than made up for that and food is delicious and we would definitely stay there again. Thoroughly recommended!

We visited this property in March 2021. This is when all the hotels are opening up to the visitors. The first thing you notice once you enter this haveli is lack of parking space. If you have converted part of your property into a hotel, please make arrangements for visitors' parking as well. More than half of the parking space is reserved for the "maalik". We are not living at your hotel for free. Customer should be the king. You have to make do with the space near the servant's washroom and dumping area with filthy smell. You enter the haveli hoping for better things to come. Once you enter your room, you'll realise how small they are as compared to what they show in the pictures. Atleast you should keep the windows open for better ventilation. There is stuffiness in all the rooms. The rooms and washrooms are not child friendly at all. The beds are too high, making is difficult for kids to climb up. The sinks in the washroom are way too high even for the adults, leave alone kids.. I don't know how tall visitors they are targeting. In many of their rooms, the fan will work at the highest speed only. The TV will work after repeated calls to the front desk. We were willing to excuse all these, but something even worse was about to happen. Our experience during the breakfast and lunch time was terrible beyond our imagination. After checkin, we went for lunch at their restaurant. The cold look on the waiters' face as we entered wanted us to go back to our rooms. It was as if "oh no, we'll have to serve them now". The least we expect is a decent smile. Either they were underpaid or least interested in their jobs. Anyway, since we were starving after a long journey, we decided to go ahead with the lunch there. Once we placed our orders, it took them exactly 2hrs to get our food! You are not cooking at your home where you'll be making everything from the scratch. You are cooking at a commercial property where things need to be quick and efficient. The chapattis which came after a painfully long wait were so undercooked that we had to send them back. The dal which came in the 2nd lot was too sweet, as if they had brought it from another restaurant. Secondly there was no waiter to serve you. We had to go in the kitchen to call them to atleast serve us water. This ruined our entire experience. The waiters treat themselves as the royalty, leave aside the real royalty. The spead at the breakfast was so very limited, you can make more things at your home! Please do not ever go there for the food. You'll be insulted beyond your imagination. Otherwise the property is fine, a bit smaller than other 5* or 4* hotels or heritage properties you might have visited. Hence not much to do there. No play area or game zone. I recommend you to avoid staying at this property at all costs.

Alsisar Haveli is hidden among a slew of shops and tiny establishments on a busy street. Once you to locate the haveli, you get transported to a completely different environment as soon as the vehicle wheels through the grand haveli gate. We had a fantastic weekend on this premises! The staff was attentive and thoughtful in a traditional way—prompt, geninely concerned and quick to respond whenever we made abrupt demands as we worked around the whims of our toddler. On more than one occasion, they even sent their staff out to run an errand for us (diapers!). The reception desk also arranged for a taxi rental for our sightseeing and we were satisfied with the service. Thanks again. Every corner and inch of the the property seemed well-maintained and cared for. The front lawn near the curio shop had a swing that my toddler made good use of. The restaurant hall is exquisite with chandeliers, paintings and classy woodwork. I will say that they should get more adventurous with the coffee beverages that they offer on their breakfast buffet. Definitely want to stop by again! 🌷

Great business trip with stay at homely place. The ambiance of the Hotel is very welcoming. The rooms are spacious with beautiful painted walls and old artefacts and the staff are also cooperative. The best part was the view from the terrace one can see nahargarh from there and enjoy kites in the sky as sakrant is nearby. It has a homely feel about it, including the food which was appetizing. Moreover, they even went to the extent of giving us high quality hand sanitisers which I am still using that smell luxurious and don’t dry your hands just like the great Kama toiletries they provided us with. I am very pleased and would recommend anyone visiting Jaipur to stay here and experience this wonderful hospitality.
