Located within the hustle and bustle of Pink City complex in Jaipur, close to the Brahmpuri bus stand, this centuries old mini palace hotel provides decent and clean 3 star accommodation. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and made our 7 night stay very pleasant. Dheshraj from the restaurant was always willing to please. The Guest Relations manager, Vivek, was especially helpful in planning and recommending our touring and shopping itinerary. The hotel has one restaurant which provides a reasonable menu of Rajasthani dishes (there’s no other decent restaurant within walking distance of hotel). Local entertainment is provided in the courtyard in the evenings. One little negative aspect was that the outsourced Travel operator’s desk is within 3 meters from the receptionist’s desk, hence there’s no privacy when guests interact with front desk staff, due to the inquisitiveness of the travel staff.

Had a wonderful stay at Karma Haveli. Staff is very friendly and service is great. Abdul at the front desk was very attentive to our needs, helping us buy surgical masks at the pharmacy across the street (we deal with. We first had a small room but when we informed the GM about it, he readily gave us a more spacious room at the 3rd floor. At the Travel Desk, the manager, Mr. Sunder gave us very good terms on our tours, especially when some attractions were unexpectedly closed due to the country's Congress party having a meeting on the day we were supposed to visit. Another person worth citing was our driver Mukesh Pamwar. He is an excellent and alert driver, also a good resource person for shopping in areas where merchandise is more reasonably priced. He brought us to markets that are frequented by locals, not tourists. He took us to and from Agra (total of 9 hrs drive) without a hitch, safely and smoothly. Karma Haveli may be smaller than other hotels but the personal touch of its staff shows how big they are in service.

It was a wonderful stay at Karma Haveli. Situated in Brahmpuri, close to the ancient city wall , gives you a breathtaking view of Nahargarh fort from their terrace. It's an old haveli built in 1700 converted to hotel. Rooms are spacious with almost all the amenities a 5 star hotel provides. House keeping and restaurants staff's immediate respond makes your stay much easier and comfortable. The food was excellent but needs more option specially continental. Quantity was more than enough for two persons. Thanks to all the hotel staff for the best services, specially Tarun from h/k, Sahil and Bhanu from front ofc.

We stayed at karma Haveli ,Jaipur from 12th to 16th january and it was a delightful stay. The preparation at restaurant Karma Kasuri were really good and exactly to our taste. Mr Deshraj and Mr Mahindra served with cheerful smile to all the guests in the restaurant.The special celebrations of makar sankranti with firework and flying- lanterns in evening added special flavour to our stay. The place gives homely feel, though located in a crowded street in old Jaipur. The old Ratan Haveli has been tastefully decorated, maintaining the old world charm. Care has been taken to develop multiple open sitting spaces on every floor. But the best part is the well groomed and smiling staff of Karma resort, making your stay memorable.

We stayed for a week. A beautiful property with excellent staff (thank you to Turan, Abdul, Sabil and Deshraj who heads up the great Kasuri restaurant). We had everything we needed and a helpful travel desk on site (already mentioned here in TA reviews). Note - the travel desk is based in the hotel but not part of it/separate entity. Like everywhere in India make sure you are really clear what you want to do or else you could end up visiting places you weren’t expecting (e.g. finding yourself paying for guides you didn’t book and facing a hard sell in shops you didn’t expect to visit! We learnt quickly!)
We took some time to explore the neighbourhood and thought it was really nice (this is India). It was authentic and the locals were lovely. A brilliant fruit and veg market close by, walking distance to all the action (roads not that busy as some areas) and a lovely walk up to the Hindu Temple (Shri Garh Ganesh Ji) to watch sunsets. We also took the train to Agra - quick, great value and comfortable (we went AC CC - 800 Rp return).

AWSOM stay... Exquisite arrangement, amazing service and very supportive staff, neat and clean, super tasty authentic Rajasthali cuisine, all fresh preparations. monkeys keep coming on roof but staff is very cautious and moves them away. No elevator and reaching to second floor or terrace is painful if youhave problem with climbing stairs. Parking is 50 feet away but luggage etc can be dropped at the gate. Local transport e-rickshaw available at a shout. Markets are closeby. Very peaceful and comfortable stay. We went for relaxing for 3 days and we came back refreshed and charged up after this trip from Delhi to Jaipur.

Located on a bustling narrow street, Karma Haveli boasts a historic charm emanating from its centuries-old structure. While the rooms, albeit quirky, lacked openable windows, our stay was elevated by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Tarun's housekeeping team ensured immaculate upkeep, Kasuri chef’s culinary expertise delighted our palates with local cuisine, and the serving staff, including Moin, Lokesh, and an enthusiastic trainee, went above and beyond in their hospitality. Notably, Sundar Vasuja’s Taxi service conveniently situated across the road eased our travel needs. The guidance from General Manager Vishal and Sahel at the front office greatly enhanced our experience.

We have been timeshare owners with Karma for years and finally decided to come. It is a great old building, and we enjoyed the feel of it. The staff in the restaurant were very keen and hard working and the Indian food was delicious. As is often the case perhaps the European food is comparatively average. The hotel is next to a school and nearby a temple so alcohol is not allowed in public areas, including the restaurant. There are not many dining options nearby. The location is probably the let down.

We had very less Time to visit Jaipur. We wanted to live in the city. This is very well preserved heritage haveli. Ambience is great. There's a fountain welcoming at entrance. It has great view of Nargadh fort and Ganesh temple from roof. Staff is very humble and helpful. Food is not very spicy but bit pricey. Relationship manager Anubha helped us prepare our itinerary. They have old heritage telephone and switches in working condition. Every evening there's some good entertainment program like puppet show, gazal night. Along with this gym facility. Overall it was great holi spent at haveli.
