I had gone to Mumbai to attend a friend's wedding and was looking for a hotel nearby Santa Cruz Railway station. Found this one falling in my budget, I had booked it online through some travel portal. They promised free pick-up and breakfast and etc.. but none of this was given. Hotel is pretty old and very poor maintenance. Lift...

Is quite hard to understand how in Mumbai hotels can be so expensive and give such a bad service, and worst of all, get away with it, compared to cities like Delhi or Chennai for example. We arrived in the hotel and after being put in a horrible and smelly room, went to bed to wake up around 2am by...

Had to accommodate a few friends in Mumbai and some decent cheap accommodation had to be booked, so I chose classic. It wasn't cheap firstly since paying 2k a room for nothing at all was a bad option. Dirty rooms and washroom..bad food, bad service. A strict NO for the people who are planning to stay here in future.

If you are looking for a so-so hotel right in the middle of good locality in vicinity of railway station with a tight budget, then this hotel will suit you. The rooms are not so good, but it is very near to airport and Santacruz rly stn. You can get a bus or auto from just in front of the...

The only redeeming feature of the hotel is its easy, not necessarily comfortable, location. Everything else about this place spells DISASTER. The promised Airport Pick-up was not available and was advised to take a cab, fare was reimbursed. Do not get fooled by the photos of rooms and reception. I was given Room 201 which is in a pathetic state....

We stayed at Hotel Classic for a couple of hours only before our flight - as we had a night flight, we wanted to have somewhere to repack and shower after a day of sightseeing - and I have to admit we're happy we didn't have to sleep there. The room was shabby and rather old, with ac looking like...
