I booked this hotel through OYO for stay from 20th to 22nd Jan 2016. After braving the Mumbai traffic, I reach the hotel Unicontinental at 2030 pm. I tell the guy in the reception that I have a booking and even before I could give him the details, he says we are sold out. I said, I have a paid... More

Even if someone offers you for free never stay. The most pathetic hotel with absolutely no hospitality and most disgusting rooms to offer. There are no towels provided in the room. We were made to wait for 1hrs 30mins to check in. The room was booked only for A night as we had early morning flight and a Friend came... More

Unicontinental is extremely comfortable to stay, espicially for a short stay. Pricing is also decent. What sets Unicontinental apart is that, the staff is welcoming and literally at your beck and call, Raju Nayak being the most notable staff member, as he paid attention to every little detail and made sure we made the most of our stay! P.S -... More

A large group of us stayed here this past weekend and had the most horrible hotel experience we've ever had. Here are just a FEW of the complaints we had: 1) They didn't have our booking when we arrived - and blamed it on us! We actually had to forward them our confirmation emails and the whole process took over... More

The hotel is conveniently located near to the Khar Railway Station. The staff is very cooperative and the service is speedy. The food is really tasty too. Kudos to Mr. Bikash Mishra for helping us out with everything!

You can always have better options compared to this hotel. The service is poor. The breakfast is complimentary but it starts very late. Quality of rooms is not upto the mark. The only advantage is that is very very near to Khar Local train station.

My room was great, I have pretty basic needs when I go to hostels, so I was very pleasantly surprised to have a room with my own bathroom, hot water, a tv with English channels and western toilet. It felt like luxury! No cockroaches, and not a single mosquito! Expensive for India but reasonable for goa, loads of street food... More

I completely regret booking last minute. This hotel is rubbish. It was one of the more expensive hotels we stayed at, and was also the worst. We stayed 3 nights, the shower didn't work, we had it fixed, then it was just cold. The sheets were dirty, and the customer service was poor. The powerplugs were falling out of the... More

The room was average, cleanlines in hotel was average. Customer service poor. One of the reception staff was quite arrogant and unhelpful. Location is very close to Khar rail station so easily commutable. But at night, sleep will be disturbed by the loud noise eminating from the hotel pub located at downstairs. On one occasion, couple of staff slept in... More
