Just Fabulous. From the time you step in. I've been to many hotels across the seas, but this was a place right in the city that I never explored before. With a friend's help, I booked a night to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary and by far this was the best of all the exexperiences ever had. The Guest manager, Vishesh Sharma was kind enough to give us an upgrade to this amazing suite which had the most exquisite view of the Queen's Neckless and the Sea and the Harbour on the other side. Ultra Spacious Tastefully designed Suite which had exactly everything that you need. A full spread breakfast and a cocktail hour (actually 2) was an icing on the cake. Oh! N the freshly baked cake by the hotel chef was just out of the world :) I'd recommend it 100% if you are in the city of Mumbai to experience this amazing hotel.

My 3 day stay here was a disaster All requests made at the time of booking were overlooked and they had to really struggle hard to get me a room with a double bed All thanks to Ms. Kriti who could finally locate a room and put me to ease NO ONE at this property is bothered about the comfort of the guest, starting from the doorman to concierge to the employees manning the reception desk The doorman saw me struggling with my bags but wouldnt budge from his place to help me open the entrance gate to get it, you can keep struggling The reception staff are equal full of disdain for guests and I felt they get a sense of satisfaction by creating problems for guests or declining the smallest of their requests And good forbid if you are a single business traveler. During breakfast the restaurant supervisor tried forcing me to sit and eat my breakfast in a dark and dungeon like corner at the Indiana Jones Restaurant because according to him the light and airy Frangipani is only for families & Couples. Beware if you are travelling alone. Restaurant staff like Neil will make you feel deeply unwanted and will make you regret the decision of eating breakfast at the Hotel You can call guest service / Concierge and keep waiting till eternity to get a revert from them but you would still not get an answer from them I finally had a small conversation with one of the duty Managers at the shift and he listened to me patiently but did nothing to alleviate the situation However there are still people like Karan, the Duty Manager in the lobby who went out of his way to get me a ride to the airport when he saw me struggling to get a cab to the airport for an extended period of time and was genuinely concerned that I might miss my flight and helped me out Overall the WORST 3 days of stay I have ever had in a "5 Star" property in India and they would still blame all the issues on factors beyond their control and Covid. Would shudder at the thought of staying at this property eve again.

I stayed for one night at Trident Nariman Point. It was a nice experience overall. Entire staff was very courteous and helpful and ensured the stay comfortable. The small details matter and Trident lived up to the expectations. Food was good as well.
