Captain Rounak and D'Aura By particularly stood out for their excellent service and made us feel like special guests...

We also used the club lounge and again staff were exemplary and the food exquisite... Every day our room was cleaned and when we arrived back the room was spotless, we had fresh flowers and complimentary water with fruit... I cannot speak highly enough of the Trident, Nariman point, the building, and all the staff, too many people to name... Even if you do not like Mumbai, this hotel is enough of a reason for to come back to Mumbai...

...Breakfasts are so delicious, and there are abundant facilities in the room, such as fridge, using which I stored some food I want to bring back home. When I lost my key card, the reception, Abuhishek Mukui (my apology if misspelling) is so friendly and settled it in no time...

...Even though the hotel is in a 35 story building, the check in desk is very small and there is always a wait. Then when we were hurriedly checked in, the front desk spelled our name wrong which necessitated a trip back down to the lobby and another 30 minute delay while IT got involved because we could not get Internet in our room due to their name misspelling... A waiter did not come to our table asking if we wanted coffee or tea for 20 minutes after we sat down... The staff is gracious and professional but they definitely need more staff especially at a hotel of this caliber...

...The staff assigned for our space were very well behaved, yes courteous, and also very helpful... So proud of them... May I name Peony, Kriti, Sarthak and Sahil are real gems!... May I also point out some negative experience here, the process to get materials into the venue is poor, time consuming and weighs down your customer experience... The boys came in with their goods (delivery boxes with empty unfolded package boxes... A couple of labourers were getting their entry passes made at that time... After 20 minutes, the same men were standing at the counter, with nothing happening, and then a person who came later, went up to the security (he knew a lot of people and looked like a regular) suggested that why are you delaying, just add my name as a visitor and let me go... I asked for a manager, and he escorted me to the inner cabin, where the other security personnel very politely said, don't worry I will handle it... He asked my boys to give him a list of what all they have brought, and once he gets one of their IDs, he will take care of it... You can check everything on your CCTV cameras... Other than this, we did have a very pleasant 2/3 days at The Trident, and would recommend the services to our contacts...

This is what touched me - the need of the guests small or big or quickly implemented to help us and not mere polite conversations ... This is a wonderful hotel with outstanding service at every place in the hotel... Chef Stefan in India Jones always takes the time to walk about and chat to diners to make sure they are happy... Remi, the lifeguard/waiter at Oberoi next door was so excellent in his service at all times... We LOVE that pool with its extraordinary breeze and enjoyed Remi's service at all times... Very nice that Trident guests can use pool at Oberoi... Satbir, the supervisor at front entrance of Trident, was always so personable, greeting everyone... Other staff at front are all superb also... In main dining room, Wayne, the restaurant manager, was always so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were looked after... Shubham Mayal is also an excellent restaurant manager with excellent attention to detail... The salon was very good where I had my hair done and a mani pedi...

But it turned out to be utterly comfortable and even relaxed thanks to the lovely staff who made out stay so memorable... Our 10th wedding anniversary was made memorable by the team of Trident Nariman Point. The team of #frangipani made our anniversary very special chef Surabh made a special cake for us and some special arrangements for our anniversary ... The #frangipani restaurant manger Wayen is very good host he ensured that all our food and drinks requirements were taken care of... We had initially booked for 3 nights we liked the stay so much that we extended one more night... The whole staff was very courtesies and helpful...

What an amazing hotel, amazing people and an unforgettable stay... The entrance lobby is exquisite, grand and has fantastic views of The Arabian sea... We booked a suite, and although I thought it was a bit small it was well appointed with everything you could possibly want to make you feel comfortable... The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I have used, the spa area is immaculate and all the communal areas are spotless... There are several restaurants on site, breakfast buffet and the meals were all 5 star... Breakfast is served in 4 restaurants so you get a huge choice and never feel rushed or crowded... On the weekend all the restaurants in the hotel are buzzing, the Frangipani does a buffet and this seemed really popular with guests and non-guests, so book in advance... There is a Gucci boutique on site, as well as a salon, spa and hairdressers... There is an outdoor heated pool, a garden and playground, again the views from the pool area are stunning... You also get access to The Oberoi's pool (sister hotel) which is also very nice and a bit more quieter... The second was the time it took for staff to bring my coffee for breakfast, we decided to eat in the Mexican room, and it took 3 attempts and 30 minutes for breakfast staff to bring my coffee, for a caffeine addict this was disappointing... Other than that, everything was simply perfect, at times it felt as if staff could read your mind, and made sure everything was better than we could imagine... We also used the club lounge and again staff were exemplary and the food exquisite... Every day our room was cleaned and when we arrived back the room was spotless, we had fresh flowers and complimentary water with fruit... I cannot speak highly enough of the Trident, Nariman point, the building, and all the staff, too many people to name... Even if you do not like Mumbai, this hotel is enough of a reason for to come back to Mumbai...

We had a great time here really nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms n bathrooms and its worth the value with great hospitality. It had a delicious breakfast buffet with lots of options... They have fresh seasonal fruuts which u cn get anytime in ur rooms and if y r fasting they give u breakfast packages delivered to ur room earlier...

We had two wonderful stays recently at the lovely Trident Hotel in Mumbai... We were delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful suite with an amazing view on our second stay... The rooms were very clean and very comfortable but it was the hotel staff that really stood out for their service... We ate in the less expensive restaurant and were surprised with the level of service provided - it was at the level of fine dining... Captain Rounak and D'Aura By particularly stood out for their excellent service and made us feel like special guests...

...The rooms are somewhat out of date but in working order and clean. The staff are attentive, helpful and friendly... The concierge did an excellent job (booking of driver/car as well as recommending/reserving restaurants)...

Superb location , excellent service superb rooms . All the facilities provided were really nice , the linen was outstanding quality ... Each and every small items they provide is really very nice quality including the toilet paper ...

...Breakfasts are so delicious, and there are abundant facilities in the room, such as fridge, using which I stored some food I want to bring back home...

Trident to me is always a welcome stay and I certainly look forward to staying each time... Beautiful ocean views ( feels like Iam almost floating on the ocean from the suite), contemporary and classy styling, colours so welcoming, furniture so functional and a piece of art by itself and above all IMPECCABLE service... Constantly toiling for their guests with a smile she and her team really take note of minute details to keep the guests so comfortable... I have not seen such attention to guests in a long time anywhere else... However promptly they arranged a gorgeous full length carved stand alone mirror...

Thanks also to Sabeen, Ashish and the rest of the team in the club lounge for the friendly efficient service and good food and drinks... We have stayed in a few 5 star hotels in Mumbai but The Trident represents the best value for money - especially if you are going to avail yourself of the complimentary airport transfer and the club room facilities...

...It was our first visit to this centrally located 5 star hotel and we were impressed by its well trained, friendly staff, efficient services and flexible attitude to customer service. We felt particularly well looked after by: Ameya at the reception who on arrival, addressed some our special requests and concerns swiftly and positively... He made our arrival comfortable and introduced us to the many positive aspects of this magnificent hotel, following up periodically to ensure that we were well settled... Wayne D’sa Restaurant manager was most welcoming with dietary advice, and requests particularly at the fabulous buffer breakfast in the India Jones, Heena and her team were always very attentive and sensitive to our all important morning breakfast, ensuring a draft free table, special requests and speed of delivery with all the home like hospitality comforts... The swimming pool was always well stocked warm and welcoming too, made more so by Trident staff Cyrus Irani and Kunal... The beautiful lounge area was particularly well decorated for the Christmas season, and staff were always at hand to help with any service or support required throughout our stay... We left on 12 December with many positive memories of this well managed hotel and will look forward to returning again...

The breakfast buffet at the Frangipani was very good and efficiently run inspite of the hordes of guests streaming in... The Lounge was a lovely retreat and refreshment venue after a long day of shopping and visiting family and all the staff bent over backwards to accomodate our needs...

Strongly recommend to book Club rooms with lounge access... The icing on cake is the excellent and most courteous service from staff which you will experience right from Check in to Check out...

...Maintenance showed up 7 minuts later with2 adapters and placed them for me. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich through room service and I did not finish it ... Checking was fast and easy and everybody always greeted me like I was the most important person in their life...

We had a splendid week long stay at Trident Nariman Point. The overall checkin and checkout process was seamless and quite fast... The reception staff is very courteous and ensured that we did not have to wait for too long... We had requested a sea view club room with a baby cot and the reception team as well as the housekeeping team ensured we got the same... The breakfast buffet spread was delectable and had a good choice... We loved the French Toast (our regular), cold coffee and the fresh orange and pineapple juices... The waiting staff ensured we had sofa so that our son could have a comfortable time while we had our breakfast... The waiting staff ensured that we had everything we needed and there was no need to follow up... Apart from the breakfast at Frangipaani, we loved the Lounge on the higher up floors... The high tea and the cocktail hours had really nice options of appetisers... The room we stayed in was on 30th floor and had the sea view... The room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable... The housekeeping staff made our stay in our room one of the best...
