Very comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff who are willing to go the extra mile for you. I was ill whilst in Mumbai and they sorted a visit from a doctor for me and then went out and bought me all the meds he prescribed. A newspaper at your door every morning, a great restaurant and areas where you can...

Clean, room slightly small. Fabulous service and hospitality. Breakfast excellent and they will make you as many capucinos as you want. Great location. They picked us up from the airport with no problems. Good place to stay in Mumbai.

I stayed in this hotel for three days at the start of my India trip in December and loved it so much I returned at the end in January. The rooms are clean and airy, the staff are all incredibly helpful, the restaurant provides nothing but good food and to top it all off the location is perfect. When it...

We stayed in the Residency in early January. There were 5 of us and we had 2 Club Double rooms which are in the adjacent building a few doors from the main hotel. The rooms and the hotel generally were very good, in a great location close to the station. But the highlight was the staff at reception. They were...

Stayed several nights recently and just loved the place. The Fort location is a tourist gem. Lots of great places to see and very convenient. The breakfasts are tremendous and the staff are the best - friendly, helpful and genuine - we met in our month tour of India. Would highly recommend the place. Don't be put off by the...

Travelled as a family, two parents and me. The location is good, it's just walking distance to the Gateway of India and several other places of interest. Staff are all lovely and very helpful - especially when we requested to stay an extra night. The rooms are all good - clean with sky t.v., hot water, tea/coffee and water.

Stayed over New Year, smallish rooms but clean. Good clean linen, all areas are well maintained. Excellent breakfast for the price, but the best feature about the hotel is the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make us comfortable, even accompanying us to Mahesh Lunch Home 2 min walk away. For the location, it is excellent value.

We arrived very early in the morning, very tired and were given a room almost immediately, which was so appreciated. The room we had is small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great - fruit, eggs, dosas and lovely coffee. But what stands the hotel apart really is the friendly, helpful staff - everyone from the doorman, to receptionist,...

Stayed for 3 nights with my fiancee and a couple other friends. We had a hard time finding hotels and in our price range but this one fit the bill. The location is perfect for seeing the major sites with most in walking distance. The hotel is fairly small and rooms a little cramped but they are fairly creative with...

The residency hotel was a good base for a 2 night stay in Mumbai. 20 min walk to the gateway of India, 10 minutes in the other direction to the main train station, lots of good restaurants close by and interesting architecture. The rooms were very small but have everything you need. We ordered a airport pickup and initially feared...
