Airport Transfer The hotel had provided us with a complimentary airport transfer which took about 30 munities because it was late evening. The Check-in and Room Our check in was extremely efficient and very quick. Whist the room was basic it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, compact and the shower was hot. The free Wi-Fi in the room and the hotel was very good. Location The hotel is located near Dadar station and is surrounded by huge number of shops and restaurants. There are plenty of taxis in the area and the western rail can take you straight into the city. Food and Restaurant The restaurant offer an excellent choice for the vegetarians. There was good choice of local fruits and food at breakfast time. The restaurant staff were very friendly. Pool and Gym The hotel’s small pool was closed and did not seem inviting. The dingy gym had 2 treadmills.
The staff everywhere were very friendly. The service we received was impeccable. We shall definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family members.

I booked suite room through MMT at last moment so it was costlier and room only, i requested manager to give complimentary breakfast, first he denied by saying it is online booking they can't help but later cooperated on our request and given complimentary breakfast. Room was spacious, little classical look. Mini bar was full of stuff. Room has dining table, sofa, king sized bed, tub, etc. There was only obstacle of one round pillar in room near cupboard. Little old property but maintained. Restaurants were good, one was south indian and one was bar with restaurant. Food quality was good with music. Breakfast has less spread but ok. Staff is cooperative, they helped to carry bag and park vehicle. It was good to have car parking near premium location like Dadar station. Overall good experience.

Stayed in this hotel with colleagues as apart of official visit. Great location . Staff at the reception & house keeping are polite & cooperative . Regarding the rooms - We booked 2 rooms one double occupancy & one triple occupancy. rooms are small & congested , if you put an additional bed there is no space to move . last moment one of the person cancelled her trip so we managed the stay . Beds are comfy. Toilets are also small but clean. Soap & shampoo in manual dispensers .A small suggestion during the covid pandemic you should provide shampoo, soap & conditioner as small individual bottles. Average breakfast.

For price range of 6000+ per night, you are getting basic hotel with very basic facilities. No ways it’s a five star. As soon you check in you get very un-welcoming feeling. if you are a solo traveller, They will specially instruct you guest not allowed in room, you can meet people outside.
Phone stops working, no basic amenities in washroom. You can easily hear people chatting in other room, so noise isolation. They will not provide extra water bottles after 2 small 500ml bottles. Staff should learn basic courtesy and get some lessons on Hospitality.

It’s our 3rd stay in this hotel. Location is just great. Hotel is very clean and rooms are really nice. The staff here are absolutely nice always friendly helpful and ready to assist you in need. We recommend it very much. Breakfast is good they have Indian food, western too for people who can’t have this in the morning, you can order eggs anyway you like also dosa which comes hot and crispy with vegetables or just dosa which is very tasty. Rooms have nice hot water with amenities. They keep you water bottles in the rooms. The staff on the reception always smiling I do remember nikhil but all are nice. Next time we come we’ll surely stay here.

Main advantage about this hotel in my view is the location, next to Dadar station and access to other parts of Mumbai. To me the hotel is probably graded as a 4 star because of the swimming pool. The breakfast was more like 2 star service and the chef's not eager to accommodate hotel guests. The room keys did not function most of the time and we had to keep going back to the reception to validate them. I would say security is concern as anyone walk in and have access to all the floors. I felt they were stingy as they seem to control what essentials were given out. Have given 3 star simply because the front desk manager Mr Abhimanyu Shedge had courtesy to sit down and hear out our concerns and apolosise. We will probably stay here in future simply because of the location, as it is convenient to our needs.

This hotel is best location wise, and is best in terms of hospitality by the room service department and managers. We highly recommend and appreciate the stay facility and services. I visited this restaurant rasoi, located at dadar in ramee guestline hotel. It was a restaurant with great ambience, superb food, nice music & good service. I ordered for the Caribbean mocktail, which was a mix of Mango juice, pineapple n other juices along with coconut milk. It was amazing, similar to pinacolade but with a twist. I ordered 2 starters which were, mutton sheekh kebab and fish tikka. I was impressed by both of the starters, they were soft n flavourful. I really enjoyed it. Next I ordered the Thai curry with prawns, it was served along with rice. I also tried the butter chicken with garlic cheese Naan. I t tasted amazing. I loved every thing I ordered here. Delicious food. Lastly I tried the dessert which was their house special kesar kulfi with falooda and this dessert was very well presented on paan leaves garnished with rose petals. It tasted amazing. I had an amazing dining experience here. Must visit if you're in Mumbai.
