The hotel had provided us with a complimentary airport transfer which took about 30 munities because it was late evening.
The Check-in and Room
Our check in was extremely efficient and very quick. Whist the room was basic it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, compact and the shower was hot. The free Wi-Fi in the room and the hotel was very good.
Location
The hotel is located near Dadar station and is surrounded by huge number of shops and restaurants. There are plenty of taxis in the area and the western rail can take you straight into the city.
Food and Restaurant
The restaurant offer an excellent choice for the vegetarians. There was good choice of local fruits and food at breakfast time. The restaurant staff were very friendly.
Pool and Gym
The hotel’s small pool was closed and did not seem inviting. The dingy gym had 2 treadmills.
The staff everywhere were very friendly. The service we received was impeccable. We shall definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family members.
Toilets are also small but clean. Soap & shampoo in manual dispensers .A small suggestion during the covid pandemic you should provide shampoo, soap & conditioner as small individual bottles.
Average breakfast.
room size very small. if your in washroom and raise your hand up and u can touch sealing also bath size small.
food service in room is good but in restaurant very bad. if you order something items they give you different or less. don't come in this hotel. waste of money.
Phone stops working, no basic amenities in washroom. You can easily hear people chatting in other room, so noise isolation. They will not provide extra water bottles after 2 small 500ml bottles. Staff should learn basic courtesy and get some lessons on Hospitality.
We will probably stay here in future simply because of the location, as it is convenient to our needs.
Breakfast was very worst . Very limited dishes but taste so bad
I spent around 7.5 k for single night but it’s not worth.
My overall experience is so bad
