I usually stay in Juhu when visiting Mumbai - reasonably central, great restaurants and cafes, and of course the vibrant beach. This hotel may become my regular…
Negatives - there is a nightclub within the hotel which thumps out music at the weekends til 3am. See other reviews. There is also one next door. This could be a deal breaker for some but a positive for any young adults!
Positives - reasonably priced, clean, car park, well staffed, helpful reception, well appointed rooms, gym, good spa, barber, great varied breakfasts, and a restaurant with live music attached to the hotel. Did not try the pool. Minutes from the beach.
Went up to the bar one evening…beer, biryani, and PL football on TV. Heaven!

A nice place to stop over in Mumbai , breakfast included was really worth it , & must say they have good chef as the food was very tasty . Friendly service . Smaller rooms but has all the facilities, can’t fault anything to be honest. I had a pleasant stay . & was easy to catch rikshaw from outside , to get around . We went locally to lokhandwala for shopping .. which was full of shops & infinity shopping mall .

Mayur Doshi 1/5 4 minutes ago on Google This is the worst hotel we've stayed at. They state the room will have a safe and other essential items but there weren't there. The room is made up for a single person and therefore one towel and the toiletries for one too. We arrived after a long train journey at around 2.30AM and there was a knock on the door early morning and the staff asked if we were checking out. We had booked the hotel for 3 nights. Why did they not check with the reception first. We had breakfast and then back to sleep and then planned to go out in the afternoon and told the cleaning staff to make our room up, but when we returned , which was very late; around 1AM. They still had not made our room up and when we complained they said they would make the room up then. We were so frustrated and said no. They offered a room and said it was an upgrade but it turned out to be even a worst room then we had. The shower leaked into the main bedroom and additional items like the jacuzzi and the steam function didn't work. The bath water was brown and dirty. When we asked ro speak to the manager they said he was not available and he will call us but he never did. We also noticed that the hotel had young single ladies coming into the lift and going up to the 6 floor where there was a night club. It seemed like this hotel was not family friendly and aimed for single business men to take advantage of what hotel had to offer. The hotel is probably a 2 star and charges are like a 4 star. We asked our travel agent to cancel our booking as we could not stand the way they treated us and with a total lack of responsibility or respect of guests. I asked for compensation bit they refused. Don't ever book this hotel as your will regret it.

This hotel in Juhu may not be suitable for business travellers who need a good sleep at night. There is a night club on top of the hotel and they play very loud heavy metal music from 11.30 onwards till 3am. The building literally vibrates with the music. The food is good and the main beach front is a 30 minute walk away, so may be suitable for leisure travellers or young junkies looking for fun. Strictly not for serious business travellers as a restful sleep is literally impossible here

There are a couple of pros and cons to the place but the noice pollution tops the balance. Best to avoid staying here like a plague unless you don’t mind losing your sanity and sleep. The rooms are sandwich between two big clubs and the bass is so loud that you could hear the music and vibrations through out the night. Very irritating and there’s nothing they can do. Changing rooms makes minimal difference so no point getting angry at the staff. The hotel itself looks aged. Issues with the flush, soap dispenser broken and was not fixed, gym and the pool is pretty pathetic for a four star hotel. For some positives, the morning breakfast buffet is good, service is quick, bed and pillows are comfortable, and water pressure in the toilets and bathroom is good and the internet is fast. After coming back from a long day, you think you can have some quiet time… think again. Unfortunately we should have checked out the night when the music from the clubs was loud but once you’ve unpacked, we couldn’t be bothered. Overall 2/10 because the major cons supersedes everything else. Also while writing this review, there no view with the rooms, front entrance is under construction because of the road works and is hard to walk around with all that digging in the area. Best to avoid!

This hotel is an area where the street and sewage is broken up. Looks nice outside but dirty and a mess inside. The shower is a disaster. Nearly got burns in the shower, did not work when puit on then suddenly steaming hot water started coming, jumped aside luckily. Spoosed to be non smoking hotel but the corridors and elevaters stinks smoke, ssen them smoking in there. They say the gues must tone down at 10 noiot to disturb others but this the time they have extremely loud music playing that your room and bed are strilling. when asked they say this will go on till 4 in the morning and they have no control over it. MInd you this is happening in their hotel. What a shame will never ever go back there not even if they pay me. People beware avoid this hotel like the plague.

Avoid at all costs if you plan to have a good night sleep. There is a club on the topmost floor and one in the basement. Each blurts out massive amounts of noise and "building shaking" base between 10 pm and 4 am every night. As the rooms are sandwiched between them, you will feel the base vibrate through your bones.
Like all the other responses, they will state that there is a club in the hotel and that you should accept the noise levels (I told you so kinda statement, so don't complain).
The front desk has no choice but to defend the hotel, so don't expect an understanding response (like we are really sorry and we'll tell the DJ to tone it down tonight).
This place is perfect for those who plan to party till 4 am, bad for those wanting sleep, have early morning meetings or have kids and babies. They would wake up startled by the 'music'. If you survive the night, breakfast is good (most days).
We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. We barely made it.

Please never book at least a daycation at this hotel. That was the only reason for our visit. To spend a relaxing day at a pool.
Staff training extremely poor. Both check in and check out were extremely slow. The "set meal" the restaurant managers got extremely rude about insisting that it was to be sent to only the room and can't be served at the restaurant after we were seated there. We don't prefer having meals in the room as it leaves a smell lingering for long. Finally after lots of arguments, the hot us a "biryani" as the the "set meal". But it was really just a pot of coloured rice with watery boiled chicken added to the "non veg" version and nothing at all in the "veg version". This is after waiting and arguing for over half an hour. And the seniors on the staff - the manager and probably the chief hostess glared at us throughout for insisting we didn't want to eat in the room.
The standard room is large enough, well laid out and well maintained. The pool is also really nice, large enough and, clean...but totally abandoned. It's also somewhat cramped with gym equipment strewn around it. Staff there looked bewildered too because we turned up. Guess no one actually uses the pool except perhaps staff.
We'd have gone back for the pool and rooms. But definitely won't with the gross untrained, impolite behavior of all staff.
