I had a wonderful experience at St. Regis, the staff made the extra effort at every possible stage for making it more special for me. Pratham Baing, the butler assigned for us was always there, making sure after every hour that if things are doing well and the stay is comfortable and if we need something and incase we did, he would arrange for the same within minutes with a special touch always attached. It was a complete pleasure to be hosted by him. Suman at the reception desk was also really kind, helpful and went the extra mile always to make sure that his guests are feeling special and are having a comfortable stay. We would really like to come again and be hosted by them. Commendable job by these two!
Amazing & very courteous staff. Always available for any requests. Quick in response. We met Mr. Prathamesh who was designated as our butler. One of the best guys they had to offer. Hats off to him. He's treated us the best way one can ask for. Thanks to the entire team of St. Regis for making our stay so warm & looking forward to see them soon.
I found the service in this hotel to be surprisingly weak. Indian luxury hotels are usually some of the best you get in the world and that combined with the St Regis brand, I was not prepared for some of the snafus. They put me in a room with a double bed instead of a King when I landed late at night. I called to ask if they could change it since my husband was to join me - the lady told me that they couldn’t that night since all the king beds were taken, but assured me that it would happen the next morning when the guests with early morning flights checked out. I have rung them up a few times and as I write this, it is 4pm the next day and I am waiting for the lady to tell me if I can unpack in this room or need to wait for another one. I also came back to the room to see zero towels in it - the housekeeping staff had taken all the old ones out and not brought in new ones. There were also a few other instances that were below par for the brand and the level at which this chain should be at. Needless to say, we wouldn’t expect top notch service if this were a budget chain, but their reputation should precede them and knowing the high level of hospitality their local peers work at, this is disappointing…
Stayed at the St Regis, Lower Parel for 2 weeks and it was a pleasurable experience. Great care was taken to ensure maximum comfort during my stay there. Special mentions to Shadab Ul Haq at guest relations for being at his hospitable best. Thank you.
Very comfortable stay at the hotel. Cooperative staff, very helpful. I would particularly like to thank Ms Namrata from F&B for her hospitality. She has made morning breakfast experience a delight at the hotel. A suggestion to the front desk - please Keep a list of preferences for weekly travelers. I shouldn't have to ask for the same things Everytime. Thanks

The way he welcomed me and my friends just melted my heart. Also he was very well mannered very professional. I believe Every Hotel should appoint such great staff. Excellent hotel: Amazing hotel with great views of Mumbai from the room, pool on 10th floor, breakfast restaurant as well as the roof top bar. The room was nice with a nice range of guest amenities and the breakfast spread was very elaborate. It is attached to Palladium mall so great for shopping. However, there was no offer to assist with my luggage, no welcome orientation and I found the rule on no bluetooth speakers (even though they let me go with it) a little absurd. It would be better to just remind guests not to be a nuisance to others - most people understand this anyway.
Loved and enjoyed the stay. Very friendly and co-operate staff, thanks to Mr shadab to make us feel more comfortable. Had a bit of delay in checking in but the staff made sure that we had a good time in the later half
We enjoyed our stay at his hotel because of great staff, dining along with gym and pool facilities. Ankur took care of us at breakfast every day - knew how we like our coffee etc. Simon at gym helped me every day with stretching and other exercises. We will certainly be back to stay here when we visit Mumbai next time.
Stayed at their 1-Bedroom Suite with Race course view. Check in time was more than acceptable!!! We were offered our pre-booked room at close to 4pm though their standard check in time is 2pm. However, during the stay couldn’t have asked for a more wholesome experience. The suite was huge with grand interior decor. Every single detail in the room from linen to toiletries were taken care of so diligently.The staff also left a welcome note for us in the room. Both Racecourse view and the night skyline view from the room was so amazing. Staff were polite and friendly, Chef Taj specifically deserves a special mention for his hospitality. He took time to chat with us and recommend their must try dishes!! The building also houses Asilo the rooftop bar and By the Mekong restaurant, both offered great experiences. Loved the stay at St.Regis.…
