I had recently visited to The St. Regis hotel. Had an amazing experience. Good with hygiene factors ensuring during this pandemic Safety is their up most priority. The staff was polite and professional. Took care of us from the time we entered till we exited. The best experience was at morning breakfast yummy buffet...lots of varieties. Quick service...friendly approach... I met Suresh who ensured we were given best service. As far as I remember i have tasted every bits n piece of the buffet. They are just too good. Thank you to all the staff for ur great hospitality and Special thanks to Suresh for helping us.
I stayed here for a week on travelling from Europe. Excellent service, extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Checked in at 4 am, all smooth. Food was Mughlai lunch and dinner which got a bit too much by the end of the week but overall, facilities impeccable. Arrangements for testing and discharge smooth. Staff were the highlight and I'm thankful to them.
I had booked the "international" 5 star for my quarantine upon returning from Spain. Little did I know that I was in for a rude shock from this world renown hotel! We checked in on the 27th of December for a period of 7 nights. Upon entering the room, we thought to ourselves that it was fantastic. To our disbelief, the excitement ended in 2 minutes. The hotel room was dirty and it seemed as though it had been unused for a significantly long period of time. When we called the reception they told us that they would send someone took take a look, but for 30 minutes no one called or came up. It was after I got furious and demanded that I wanted to speak to the GM that they sent someone from housekeeping to check the room. The lady told us that the room we were in was not even sellable and she didn't know why we were given that room. After that the team offered to change our room and showed us 3 different rooms all of which had dirty cutlery, rusted kettles and dilapidated fittings. After consistently arguing with the team and asking them to allow me to speak with the GM or a higher authority they sent someone from the services team who profusely apologised, got a room absolutely deep cleaned (though didn't bother cleaning the AC vent - of which I have attached a photo). This just shows the level of preparedness that this international property has for its quarantine facility. Both of us have dust allergies and I even got a mild asthma attack the next day due to the dirt and dust in the room. While the service from then on was great, unfortunately the first day had already set the tone for our stay. We strongly recommend avoiding this hotel for quarantine as the allocated rooms are dilapidated and unused for the longest time. The only plus here is the size of the room and the politeness of the staff. Thoroughly disappointing!!…
We decided to stay at St.Regis during our institutional quarantine period and were very happy with the overall experience. Right from booking to checking out everything was great and one of my best stays at a Marriott Property. Would like to call out a few names who were were warm and helpful throughout our journey. Bhupendra - for helping us with the reservation. Inzaman - helping us with a seamless check-in at 4 am in the morning. Manish Panchal & Laveena - for taking care of all our in-room dining needs AND A SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to Mohammed Yusuf and the amazing hospitality he provided during our stay. Very prompt, quick and friendly and I would highly recommend Yusuf :) Until next time!
Hey Guys so this was our first stay over in 2021 and it went magical We didn't expect to have so much interaction but the staff were discreet We were greeted and given a beautiful room by Kevin We met Chirag and Farzad from butlers welcomed us to the room, with a beautiful amenities of sweet as well as coordinated a classy turndown in evening from the Housekeeping with bubble bath prepared for us 💕 And next day a very important thing for everyone was the breakfast Specially on a getaway We met Akshay who attended us and gave a pretty good tour of the Seven Kitchens while we were just sitting at the table, he sure added few weight in our tummy but it was worth the gain And then we meet this lovely lady Anshul Which added a sweetness to our palate by creating some healthy sweet margarita She made sure with the choices of ingredients which I specially like 🤤I don't know what am I supposed to name it but the ingredients were hazelnut, flavoured yogurt with Fresh Strawberries and ofcourse chocolate to spoil us But this was our journey to St.Regis Mumbai we wish we could stay more but this was the best experience we came across from all the staff in the Hotel. ALL were amazing from the check in to the check out ☺️…
