Stayed for 3 days. Centrally located and comfortable, staff is extremely courteous and not the kind fishing for tips. Repeated stay in March because I found this hotel very homely and staff very warm.

No choice but had to stay 1 night at this hotel. It is a very budget hotel. Rooms are below standard, and the rates are high for the type of accommodation and facilities it offer. This hotel is approx 300-400 Meter far from Mumbai central railway station. You can either walk or take a CAB (Kaali Peeli) for Rs 22 only. This hotel is good in terms of cleaniness and friendlier staff. Only Down Side of this hotel is its location...It just next to Red Light Area.

This is a pathetic hotel. Room size is like of prison cell. Poor room service. Cold behaviour of hotel staff. Rooms were stinky. Locality is bad with prostitutes seen on street. Family stay is not possible coz of such ambience. Strict no.

Located near mumbai central railway station. Near all the main areas in the city.Not a posh area. Rooms are small and very old. I would just want to say that this hotel is decent and nothing more than that. Centrally located with access to the Mumbai Local Train service and near to the sight seeing places in Mumbai. This is a place where your experience depends on what you are looking for! Mumbai isnt a place where you get places for cheap. Stay is pretty expensive. Ripon is a place that is centrally located, has AC rooms and the rates are negotiable.
