The nicest hotel I have ever been to. This hotel has a Olympic sized pool, a movie theater and the nicest staff ever. I am in a wheelchair and most hotels truly do not have actual handicapped rooms. These people truly do and I would not hesitate to stay there again. I did not have a choice of dates but was there in 2000.

I called the hotel on the number on their website (7008704718). A person by the name of Vijay kumar answered and shared room pics and tariff with me on WhatsApp. I confirmed booking for luxury deluxe room at price of 4500 per night for 4 nights. He asked for 20-25 pct advance payment and shared the bank account details. I promptly transferred 25pct (4500). Thereafter he called saying I need to make full payment! This was a shocker and I told him to refund my money and cancel the booking. He agreed. However, since then he is not answering my calls, not replying to messages and I am yet to get my refund. And all this on the number which is provided on company website !! It seems like a scam to me

I visited with my fiancee, and booked private dinner on Saturday. Vincent was in charge of F&B, Event, He was such a good person with kind heart and professional customer service. Pratik was our server for night and set up the table, and wonder decoration. What a memorable night with the perfect ambience at the club. Must visit and have special event with this team. Overal experience is in average. Reception desk is not really welcoming guest, a little bit cold people, and other guests are making noise, smoking in the room, and some uncomfortable starring at my fiancee in the swimming pool.

I visited this property on 15th Jan 2022, along with my friends. I received an email confirmation from the hotel stating the booking is confirmed along with the breakfast. Upon reaching and charging the card the staff calls the room and says that there is no breakfast. When questioned, Noufel the sales executive says, "we never forced you to come here," when we went report to the duty manager, the so-called duty manager "Gale Pereira", was absolutely rude and had the nerve to threaten us their guest stating, she will check us out. When I asked her how long has she been working with the hospitality industry, she starts yelling, when asked, who she reports to, she says, "I report to whoever is ant to report to," when asked her full name she has Gale is my full name . the only person who actually heard us was a duty manager called Karan ChettiarThe hotel is a mess, the staff is absolutely rude and has no idea about their core requirement of working in a hospitality industry. The most absolute mess is Gale Pereira as she is rude and very unprofessional…

Room was big and clean. Although weird. Bathroom was big and spacious and clean. We were 3 people (paid for 3 people), they gave 2 small 500 ml water bottles. Now the bad part: water heater in room for Tea/Coffee was broken. 1 drawer in cupboard has 4-5 random curtains balled up and thrown in. 1 light was broken. Breakfast was the WORST i have seen till date. Pakoda was liquid inside (very undercooked). Eggs were spoiled. No bread. Poha/Upma was over. 2 waiters were collecting glasses and cups and they ran out of glasses and cups. At night we ordered Diner in room, then kept our empty plates outside the room. Those dirty plates and bowls stayed there till next day 2 pm. so 18 hours there were dirty plates outside our room. Rest all was good.

Gael at the front desk was really nice and i appreciate her promptness. Rooms are beautiful and comfy. the club swimming pool is not available but the overall ambiance is really inviting. Room tip- most of the rooms face the airport and you can request for the same. Must visit place.

Mr. Faizan and his team did an incredible job on the overall preparation and we had a memorial night. Highly recommend this place for special occasions. Fantastic hotel and superb club. It is like you are not in mumbai but actually this place is in the heart of andheri. Family friendly hotel. I could also see many romance dinners happening at their club. This was my second visit and I feel like coming back every month. Love this place.

Huge property , good staff , club is also good , they have massage facilities ,( but expensive) , in game room they have pool table ,trable tennis 🎾, so many indoor games , were there . Library also there. Due to Carona ,pool was shut .room service is good , food specially breakfast is good .they allow outside food which is best part of this hotel , fmly crawd and youngster were there. They arrange candle light dinner with theme decoration.they have different types of rooms and package
