Another enjoyable stay at this clean and tidy hotel, which provides great value for money in a good, safe and quiet location close to many sights, CST, local buses, lots of great restaurants, street food, fruit and chai stalls. We've stayed here three times now and will happily stay again if we're lucky enough to visit Mumbai in future. We...

The Travellers Inn offers excellent value at a good location. When I arrived the room was clean, every morning included a simple breakfast brought to my room, and there is a common room with tea, coffee and a view over the rooftops. The Inn felt very orderly, well-run and well-cared-for and I felt safe and comfortable (as a woman traveling...

We arrived around 3:30am and found the staff at Travellers awake and ready for our arrival. Our room was clean, and they provided towels and soap. Hot water worked fine once we were told there was a switch outside the door we must turn on. Wifi worked rather well and fast compared to other places we stayed in India. There...

This place was pretty good. Its was clean and tidy and has a good location. We (three girls) felt safe there, even walking back in the evening. We stayed in a 3 bed girls dorm, so that probably made a difference because we had the room to ourselves. It was nice to have a toilet seperate from the shower too...

cheap and not very clean. Did nt enjoy place at all and even though paid for 2 nights...left after 1. Bars on windows....fire trap...scary. Staff did nt help with luggage and the stairs are steep, we were on the 4th floor. Road works are going on outside so you have to struggle with luggage to get to. Bonus ...close walk...

The staff were very friendly & very helpful. The rooms are not very big nor luxurious but they serve their purpose. The location is excellent & the area is full of steet stalls where you can have breakfast and tea. The hotel has a common room on the top floor where you can hide away from the city noise for...

Inexpensive (in Mumbai standards, expensive for rest of India), rooms are spotless, location is excellent (5-15 min walk to all major sites in Mumbai). Don't like the policy about turning up late - if you're late more than 3 hours you lose your booking - this is bull***t, the booking isn't made for free and that's just not fair -...

The road which the hotel currently sits on is being completely rebuilt by roadworks for the next year or so. This means you can't drive down the street or walk very easily. It's also noisy, has a pack of dogs living on it, and none of the hotels windows close properly. The staff sit around on their phones and sleep...

Dear Guest Greetings from Travellers inn Thank you for the review I would like to tell u few things The construction outside the road is not the hotels responsibility but we are trying our best to make the stay comfortable and we have also sent a lot of letters to the concerned department. The second thing about the dogs they are...

When we got here we noticed that our sheets were dirty, not just with the usual yellow stains but with actual hairs in them, which meant that they didn't even bother to change the sheets after the previous guests had vacated the room. After we asked they did give us clean sheets. There was no hot water and the shower...
