An upmarket residential colony located in South Delhi, Saket is the mall central of Delhi. Home to the first multiplex in India, this chirpy neighbourhood part of most nostalgic stories of the locals, has today transformed into a hotbed for retail & entertainment therapy with a multitude of major malls on the Press Enclave Marg, where many journalists from media organisations around the country and the world live. From luxury and high-street shopping to exploring the best of cafes, bistros, restaurants, bars and multiplexes in town, Saket with its location in the middle of the hustle bustle of the city, offers luxury with convenience to all visitors.

If location is your consideration then this is the hotel for you. As many have observed, the hotel is ideally situated in the Saket Area. It’s neighbors with the Community Center where the PVR Cinema and a host of fast food chains like Macdonalds, KFC, Burger King and Pizza Hut are locates. There’s also a 24Seven convenience store there. It’s about 2km away from the Select Citywalk Mall. It’s really a good location. That may explain the rather high prices of the rooms. For a hotel that has obviously seen better days, it is quite pricey. The rooms need an upgrade but the staff do their best to be helpful. I would’ve said I might return there but I’m finding hard to justify the room prices.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Stone's throw from city walk mall and located inside the PVR shopping complex, you cannot ask for more in terms of better location. The host /owner /manager is nice too, to talk to. But the property is just average. Good enough for a day's stay when you just need to be in the center of all the action.

We were there for a family wedding, and had expected "4-star" as the property advertises on Google and elsewhere... However, it was quite ordinary and definitely not even close to 3 star. The room was fine, but the room service doesn't work all the time... we have never encountered room service that shuts down in between mealtimes...they didn't even give us an extra cup... Further, the breakfast quality was poor and with very limited options. Getting a bottle of water also took some time... Bathroom towels were worn out and the tap leaked a bit.

I have searched this hotel many times mainly for 4* rating location and prices. So got an apportunity to check their hospitality. Reached from Noida in Ola but driver could find exact location. Now we are waiting outside with two big pieces of luggage, guard watching us fumbling with luggage and help comes after 10 minutes. Now reception not able to find my booking then asks for booking voucher. Trying to locate in my phone one girl turns up asking when did you make bookings. Furious with treatment meted so far I politely replied, I am not supposed to answer such question. Anyway got room and settled noticed no towels and only one water bottle for a double occupancy room. No reply on house keeping so had to call reception. HK turned up with a water bottle reminded about towel then he peeped in bathroom to confirm yes towels not there. Then proper towels supplied. Encouraged now I asked sheepishly if he offers bathroom sleepers too. Positive answer and prompt supply. It was my duty to tip.room is ok, sofa quite low, inadequate lighting . Shower working on low flow. In fact shower closet is small. Same true with almirah that opens just half.tried lunch that was tasty and satisfying but same is not true with breakfast. Just a formality. I don't expect fruit juice packs of brand available in market opened before you and poured. Overall a lot needs improvement.but at the same time surprised to find about 75 % of guests are foreigners.

Nothing great about the hotel. dull looking rooms, lots of dogs barks in the night, early morning students makes lots of noise. Complementary break fast is just average. to be frank, you take room just to sleep if you are not a person who get disturbed with dog barking. one plus point if you want to add is the free WiFi
