Had 2 nights at the start of a 10 day tour of India and 1 night at the night, a tour booked through Southall Travel. Terrible hotel, dark and dirty. Pictures on line are very deceiving to what you get. My friend and I had a 'Deluxe room'......I don't think so !!!! Had to get bed linen changed when we...

I opted this hotel because it was very close to one of the gate of IIT Delhi. Hotel location is bit far from main road, which give a calm environment. I stayed for a week here. I would say that rooms are spacious, but looks bit old. Age old air-conditioner was making noise Bathrooms also is same. staffs were very...

We booked 3 nights at this hotel as part of the Golden Triangle Tour from Southall Travel. We ended up only staying one night (reluctantly) and then checking in to the Park Hotel due to the standard of accomodation being so bad. We were shown three rooms and all were of the same poor standard. This hotel is not fit...

We booked 3 nights at the Qutub as part of a Golden Triangle tour from Southhall travel. All hotels were to be 3 star, those in Agra and Jaipur were both good, and showed what we expected of a 3 star hotel. The Qutub is dark, dingy and dirty. The rooms lacked natural light even if they had Windows, they...

Stayed at Qutub Residency. The room was spacious and well maintained and well furnished. The bath room was a bit small and needed renovation. The service was excellent and prompt. The staff was very helpful as also officials. The price for a 3 star budget hotel, was slightly on the higher side, but considering the locality where it is located,...

After being here, realisation sets in that once upon a time this would have been a good hotel, but as the years passed by, people running the show forgot that there is word called "maintenance". And since there is virtually no maintenance, everything is falling apart. The fixtures, fittings, furniture, restaurant, lobby, all had been classy at some point in...

A royally maintained place located in a prime location. A few kms away from Qutub Minar and metro station. The interiors are good but dwell in the past. The rooms lack ventilation so a bit smelly. The staff is good and welcoming. A sumptuous complimentary breakfast. Newspaper at your door is a good way to catch up with news! Lucky...
