The stay was for official work in the embassies and I did not think twice before boking in the Hotel Ashoka, due to it's proximity to the embassies.

Great to see the Management are putting a lot of effort to maintain this mammoth property, though you can't deny lot of refurbishment is required in the long run. Especially the plumbing and toilets. Rooms are well maintained.
The place is good calm away from the city madness. Rooms are badly maintained showing its age. Break fast spread was good. Staff are friendly. We couldn't try out the other restaurants since the we had a tight schedule
The hotel's location is very good if you are going for some work in Embassy area. However for the money you pay for an executive room ,apprx 9k, it is not worth for an individual. But incase you have a family with two small kids...More
