It's a bit expensive and noisy. But every place it's noisy in Delhi! And the price it's worth for the reasonable clean and the rooftop restaurant, with the view of Main Bazar.

right on the main street of Pahar Ganj, in perfect location for first time Delhi visitors, but still too noisy even in the rooms with no windows. very close to Ramakrishna Ashram Marg metro station. good price for the facilities they offer, though our last 2 days in Delhi we stayed in the quiet place just around the corner on... Clean and OK rooms, some without windows. Reasonably quiet for Paharganj in the back (except the corner room, where a concerto of howling dogs was audible on and off). Internet access (reasonable fee) in hotel. Reasonably good rooftop restaurant (though more comprehensively infested by smokers than anywhere else we encountered in India). Some construction was going on in the hotel.... More

We stressed a lot while looking for hotels in Delhi. First, the Paharganj area is not nearly as scary as some reviews make it sound. It's noisy and hectic, but that is part of its charm. Not once did I fear for my safety. We found it convenient to find restaurants (not Sam's - eat elsewhere), Metro (RK Ashram Marg)... More

We stayed three nights at this hotel at two different rooms. Rooms large enough and clean however they do not have any windows to outside (which is on one hand an advantage for avoiding the noise). The Sam's cafe had plenty nice choices to select from; the chicken biryani was good but the pizzas weren't very good. The location is... More

You pretty much get what you pay for with the rooms but the service is seriously lacking. The rooms themselves are okay enough but the sheets need a serious cleansing. When we got there (quite late and exhausted) there weren't even pillow cases on the pillows. When we requested them, the staff was pretty horrible saying that the pillows were... More

We booked on line for around $13 and paid a $2 deposit through Lonely Planet. We owed 585 rupees on arrival. They wanted to charge us 1,200rs and kept giving us a hard time about the price. The owner finally got involved and asked me where I booked it for that price. I told them "Lonely Planet" and that changed... More

We stayed there couple of nights when we arrived in India and then couple of nights when we left India. At the first time we took luxury rooms which were really quite basic rooms with nothing fancy, but they were quite clean and without bugs. Only negative thing was that someone should have picked us up from airport but there... More

We booked over the internet and the rooms looked like the one on here.... IT WAS NOT! It was a room with a small window into the hallway which was noisy and had a constant light on. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights! On the plus side good location.

Stayed here as a last minute option as it was the cheapest hotel on a reservation website. I guess it was a good deal but we have got much better ones in other places during our trip in india. Room was clean bathroom too. Tv worked. Internet is expensive though 200 rps for 24 wifi in your room (other places... More
