Excellent hotel of Oberoi group and although not as " in your face" just as high quality and the same level of service. Out of the town centre and quiet this hotel is perfect in level of service and quality of rooms and food. Would recommend.

The hotel is really pretty. The staff was really friendly, the beds were comfy and the room was really large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and was included. The only negative I can say is that the hallways smelled a bit damp. This wasn't true in the rooms, they were fine. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for three nights and it is a wonderful oasis of calm in Delhi. The staff are second to none, so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent too - beetroot galettes, Kerala fish curry and they do do western food too.

Grand old building but somewhat shabby, needs to be updated, window looked into hallway. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Wifi reception was not great so they did not charge us. Did not like the location as getting anywhere took too long.

Well positioned hotel. Restaurant is very good with the best choice of food we had throughout our trip. Staff were great. Rooms were big but needed a decorate. Bit damp. Hotel had little common areas to sit in. Looks like a revamp would make this a really good place to see Delhi.

Stayed two nights in January. The hotel is in old Delhi away from the modern city centre as we had a driver at our disposal so was not a problem. The drive from the airport passing through the embassy district was a wonderful introduction of Delhi. I particularly enjoyed the heritage hotel feel of Maidens, nice grounds, big rooms old... More

The Maidens has a certain old world charm about it, superficially reminiscent of other colonial era hotels such as the Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh and The Eastern & Oriental, Penang. It’s not in the same class as those hotels, but why would it be when you compare their respective room rates? Certainly the food at the Maidens is... More

Loved the traditional indian food in the restaurant and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but the breakfast room and exterior of the hotel could do with a little TLC - noisy in November too due to all the weddings and celebrations (great cultural experience though)

I absolutely love the feel of the old Indian grandeur that this hotel provides. The rooms are large with a sitting area , it almost makes you feel pampered. You can wake up to the peacocks at the porch and enjoy the chill in the air if you happen to be there during winters. This hotel is located in old... More

This is the oldest Oberoi chain. The hotel is extremely comfortable with big lawns. The peacocks in the gardens are a pleasant surprise. The location is central, close to the tourist destinations in old Delhi. The metro station is just a 3 minute walk from the hotel which is a major advantage. The hotel is very quiet and serene.
