The food was delicious and the ambience of Machan and overall lobby was amazing. The hotel staff was very courteous and quick. Above all hospitality of the reception staff was amazing. they were willing to provide every possible help be it room change, help with vouchers redemption, show the best rooms etc. And of course what a location it is ! I just hope the pool opens up soon and I visit there again ! Wonderful experience and the time spent to be remembered for long ! This is a THE best Taj property in Delhi
Staff Is Very Decent and Helpful .Small Rooms . Renovation Required . Disturbance Because of Renovation Work . No Buffet Meals . Breakfast was Ok . Snacks Needs Improvement . Main Course was Very Good . Limited Access in the Property . Overall Average Stay .
Very nice stay experience. First time that we ventured out post covid. But pleasantly surprised by all the safety measures in place at hotel. Had a nice lunch at the Varq restaurant. Good service by Regi Thomas at Varq restaurant.
I Stayed there with my family. It was a comfortable experience. Safety and hygiene was well taken care of by the hotel. Food was ok. Location is also good. Overall a nice stay. I would definitely stay there again.
really very busy hotel, one have to wait for 20-25 minutes for check in our check reception /lobby staff were not so cooperative but House keeping and Room services were perfect. Breakfast was superb..
