Dear Officer, I deeply appreciate the efforts put in by each and every member of hotel, Taj Palace Dhalava, where I stayed after a gap of eight months of very hard professional time for a period of eight days, but in eight days, you really manage to refresh me in totality and I had Become absolutely prepared for the next mission. I deeply appreciate manager, Mr Vinay, who always took many steps to ensure that all guests are comfortable. Mr Praveen, the manager and Mr Rajiv, where extremely good Chef BC Joshi, impressed us with his culinary skills and chef, Sameer also left and outstanding impression on us , miss Chan insured that all the guess at capital kitchen get their seats as early as possible. The lift men Ram Dinesh Gulab Vivek Shivam and Mohit were really very efficient at work in the tea launch. Mr Indrajeet was highly impressive. He maintained a warmth of a very high order and served us very well. The room manager at the floor was Mrs Shivangi, who ensured that the room was , absolutely imperfect order at the bill desk, Mr Pushpinder did the work very beautifully in the room for the laundry. Mr Pawan served us very well. He was extremely efficient. We left few packages in the cloakroom, which was very nicely kept and brought back by Rajesh and Arun, in fact, Rajesh saluted me, and this salute was , as good as that of a trained soldier in the Housekeeping, I deeply appreciate Mr Sanjay Sahu, Shivam rajesh and Mr Jagat who really took our hearts with their service in the front office. Mr Karan Preet ensured that all demands were suitably met within the framework of rules and also ensured that we have a very comfortable stay , in the capital kitchen, the servers ensured that the food was served very hot and tastefully prepared and placed on the table. I deeply appreciate Mr Sachin, Mukesh Sumit, Alok Manu, Gaurav Nitin Prabhakar deepak, Manish Vikas, and Satish at the billing section, Mr. Shashank and Luxmi were present, who did things very fast. Mr Shashank was counting money faster than what I do while counting my bullets and placing it into the magazine, he was far better , lastly, I appreciate the overall leadership. The general manager for having made sure that all services are kept absolutely perfect. I also deeply thank Mr Brijesh Jakhwal, for a very good service in giving us the exact details at the earliest, so could we manage all other itinerary and travel details such jewels like Mr Brijesh Java are the real assets of hotel Taj Palace, my big salute to all the great workers of Taj Palace. As a person with some physical challenges the first thing that impresses you even as you enter the portico is the presence of railings along the steps. Then begins the extreme welcome response at checkin. Kajal was very responsive and helpful, You are graciously escorted to your room.The rooms are pretty spacious, and the wash area desiged with all consideration for the elderly and disabled with hand rails and antiskid mats. Room service is in a very proper manner and the food is delectable. Breakfast at Capital Kitchen is to be looked forward to, with an excellent spread. The Chef, Mr Ravi Bhatia deserves kudos for very personalised responses. The retaurant manager Mr Yadav and his assistant Mr Nasim go out of their way to accomodate and serve you. Mr Prem makes exceptional masala tea. The entire staff is courteous friendly and helpful beyond words, far above what I have experienced even in my sojourns abroad. Truly worthy experience

A week long quarantined stay at this luxurious property was comfortable and memorable. Of course I did not explore the entire property neither had access to any other place within the property but still I am being generous with my review because of the incredible service provided by the staff. The room was very beautiful with the pool view which was soothing for the eyes especially after staring for hours into the phone or tv. I was particularly impressed with the toiletries provided which was Forest Essentials. Even during quarantine tge house-keeping staff cleaned the room every 3rd day which was appreciable coz normally other hotels were not doing so. Though after 7 days of quarantine I was ecstatic to go home I was tad sad that I could not explore this magnificent property but I promise to return when life goes back to normal.

We had 3 separate stays in the Taj; each time a different room and floor level. The rooms were clean and serviced daily with all the basic facilities you want. Beds were comfortable and our sleep was not interrupted by outside noise. There are restaurant, bar and cafe facilities within the hotel; prices are reasonable. What hits you on arrival is the huge marble tiled entrance/reception area with front office staff in national dress.All staff are helpful and never fail to say "namaste" when you meet them. Outside is a large pool (we did not use it). The nearest train station is about 1.5kms from the hotel and an easy walk or the Doorman can organise a tuk-tuk for you.

My recent stay in the Taj Palace, New Delhi was a really a memorable one.
It was really reassuring to see that the Taj Palace, as expected, was strictly adhering to the Covid protocol starting with sanitising the baggage.
Kapil Bisht, Assistant Manager, Front Office ensured that the check-in formalities are completed with utmost efficiency. He was there every morning to check that everything is going well.
Instead of the standard buffet, the breakfast is being served these days. Senior Chief Bhatia and Chef Mani crafter some special dishes that were not in the menu.
There was a great team of enthusiastic people who were attending to the needs of the guests. Though items in the daily menu were limited, anything that I wanted was served whether it is a fresh juice or a delicious Uppuma by Mani. Excellent service with utmost promptness was done by a team of enthusiastic people Prabhakar, Prasanth and Rajender - the names that I am able to recall. All of them were outstanding. Only one restaurant 'Masala Art' other than the coffee shop was open. Even on week days it was almost full. Piyush the manager ensured that the choice of dishes were suggested and served on both the days I had dinner there.
The room service under the leadership of Ashish was also superb. Orders were served very promptly and the food was delicious indeed.
The pool facing room was quite spacious and kept very clean with a good stock of very good quality toiletries.
A really peaceful and satisfying stay. A great and committed team running a great luxury hotel. Everyone was so pleasing and eager to ensure safety and comfort of the guests. Will definitely be back soon.

Have been staying at Taj Palace everytime i visit Delhi. Really enjoy the stay there,always.
The staff is extremely warm and kind.
Mr. Rishav at the reception has been very helpful throughout,he is a thorough gentleman,knows how to treat his guests.
Mr.Hawa Singh at the concierge makes the local travel very easy and convenient and is always there to help.
The chauffeur Nitin who always is there when i take the car is very very good and safe.
Sumit who daily brought me the food (in room dining) is extremely polite.
Sarika who always answered my very frequent calls for in room dining was very patient when i ordered 😄 generally one tends to get irritated and impatient if the guest keeps making changes to the order time and again but Sarika was very very calm.
The food was really good,though the menu is limites due to these unprecendented times,whatever is available is nice,delicious and hygienic.
The hotel was kept well santised and so were the rooms. Everything has been taken care of considering the Covid situation which continues to prevail.
Look forward to my stay again! Love this place. Will forever do.

Outstanding hotel, in a quiet part of Delhi. Lovely pool area and gardens. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The toiletries and towels are checked twice a day, with top ups for coffee and tea making. The staff are excellent across the whole hotel. The Concierge area were particularly helpful, offering advice on trips and places to see.
The breakfast was first class, with extensive choice of food and drinks. The evening buffet was very good. Wide selection and hot! Happy Hour was popular in the bar. Wine however was very expensive, which was apparent across the whole of India.
We will certainly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you all.

I booked a room at Taj Palace, New Delhi for two nights from 16th January to 18th January 2020.
On arrival nobody bothered to welcome us properly. We were feeling lost. I knew the previous General Manager, Mr Samrat Dutta. But had no idea that once he leaves it will turn out to be so bad.
Next day saw Ankita Vinaya at the reception but she also refused to acknowledge or recognise me.
The stay turned out to be really bad. The breakfast was pathetic. On the first day the Head Chef told me that he will take care the next day. But he also refused to recognise me when I went for the breakfast the next day. I like to try the Indian food since I stay abroad but I was really disappointed.
The hotels at this level are all the same but it is the personal touch which matters.

Extremely clean and sanitized rooms. Great hospitality via service staff. The food in restaurant is amazing.
The precautions taken by this property against Covid are top notch: they reserve your room a day prior to your arrival, ensure food in buffet is served by staff rather than guests touching the serving equipment.

If you are getting a room under or around 4000 INR per night, this is place is worth, if over that then you have much better options of 5 -star hotels in Aerocity area
Floor carpets are stained and just smell very bad in the corridors.

I am a TIC (Taj Innercircle) status member. I feel when you stay in this hotel, you are just paying for a very expansive and photogenic lobby area.
Checkin: Very poor, the staff did not feel me make welcome, even though I mentioned I was staying for the first time and looked forward to it.
Checkout: 30 minute wait. I was shocked to see there is no Express Checkout facility in this hotel.
Also one staff Mr. Rishab provided misinformation. He denied my Taj Upgrade Voucher which I confirmed from TIC customer service that they could have been used. So people with vouchers, beware, check with other staff members for correct voucher information.
I stayed in a Luxury Room. Room was dated, furniture worn out.
Toiletries: very average "Biotique" brand, some were "Forest Essentials" brand.
Internet speed : less than 10mbps
Water pressure seems to be a major issue, I took shower in the morning and it was fine and in the afternoon the pressure just went down, so people wake up early for a good shower.
Sleep Quality : good with occasional noise from next rooms.
Housekeeping: I kept a note to change sheets and put extra towels, which was not fulfilled and a 2-hour wait to get housekeeping in the room.
Breakfast: food quality was decent but assortment / options/ spread were really bad.
