This is my 3rd visit to this hotel as my stay is being decided by invitation. I have no option. Staff at reception are arrogant, will give you invariably poor quality rooms and tell you that they are full. Food is OK. Ask for higher floor with view of Lotus ( Bahai ) temple, invariably they will decline your request....

I had the chance to stay in this hotel for three days on a business cum leisure trip. I must say the hotel is very well equipped to deal with needs of business men and casual tourists alike. The infrastructure is good and modern and they serve with a smile ! I particularly liked the terrace, the view from there...

The best rooms I have stayed from among many hotels in India, very comfortable layout and interiors. The hotel itself is very beautifull. Food & drinks are expensive and could be cheaper to enhance the overall experience. Will definitely recommend it for a stay anytime.

Great property, good location. However we didn't like the breakfast spread much. The rooms are quite spacious and the service was great too. The staff was kind enough to arrange for some cake and flowers given it was our anniversary

We were at Eros, Delhi for 2 days for our Institute event and had a memorable stay. The Check-in was a bit time taking but the rooms were very comfortable. The lobby had a strange odor but the floors had good aroma. Maybe the flavor of room freshner in lobby requires a change. The fitness centre was outstanding with all...

The Lotus Temple looked easily close enough to walk to, but our tour manager insisted that we all travel together on the bus. Not sure what that was supposed to mean about the neighborhood, but we did walk a few blocks to get cash from an ATM (but not allowed out on our own). Delhi was every bit as smoky...

The air quality was the biggest issue. To be fair, India was having some of its worst air pollution on record. Only your room had acceptable air quality. My second biggest complaint is that the hotel did not provide complimentary Wi-Fi. What larger hotel charges for this service. They do give a complimentary hour, but with difficulty in hooking up,...

Stayed for two days.. Helping staff at the front desk. Buffet breakfast was good, covered both southindian and North Indian food. Room service was prompt, tried jehenga prawns Tandoori, amristari machi, chicken kebab.. Was very good. Steam sauna jacuzzi in the spa section was good and relaxing.. Totally worth for the money..
