Very accommodating staff. Pleasantly decorated and equipped rooms. Nice for a quick dash or longer stay in Delhi. Good laundry service and cozy rooms. Comfortable stay. Would be nice to have comforters instead of blankets but otherwise comfortable beds.
Stayed here at the start and end of our trip. Lovely friendly staff and nice rooms (second one we had was nicer but they were both clean and well presented). Pretty noisy with the traffic hooting and dogs barking/howling but we got a good nights sleep with earplugs. As we were very much passing through we didn't get to explore the area and ate in the hotel - dining room ambience was a bit limited but the food was very good: basic home-cooked and great value although you might have to wait a bit. Missed breakfasts due to early starts but they did provide a pack up for us, tailored to what we wanted which was nice.
No I don't mean they burned a hole in my pocket, but actually physically burned me. Their plumbing is horrible. Visited in January (winter) so the water is freezing cold, hence the guy who checked us in turned on the heater and didn't give any other instructions. The first day went fine. Come next morning, went to use the washroom (as one does) and burned my privates because the freaking jet spray had scalding hot water! Tried to pour some cold water on the burnt area but none of the cold taps had cold water either! Went and complained at the reception desk. Let aside a first aid kit or an apology, got absolute apathy from them. They sent over a guy to the room who very nonchalantly explained that "sometimes the steam from the hot taps heats up the cold taps too". That's it! I was lucky enough to recover quickly with some aloe vera gel I was carrying, but these guys are waiting for a lawsuit to happen. If I was burnt any more severely, I would've definitely sued them. TLDR: The housing and the food is average, but the low rating is for the poor plumbing that burnt me. UPDATE: After reading this review, I did get a call from management, and they apologized profusely. They assured me this won't happen again, and asked if I would take down the review. So hopefully, they've taken care of the plumbing issues. …
I stayed here for about 10 days during a recent trip to Delhi for a wedding. This small hotel is a great choice for foreign travelers visiting Delhi. It has all the amenities required at an affordable rate. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The hotel has decent WiFi and good, fresh-cooked food for lunch and dinner. There is a nice variety of food at the breakfast buffet, and the staff are extremely helpful. It's conveniently located near a Metro station, and there are abundant modes of transportation for hire within half a block. There are pharmacies, coffee shops, bakeries, and general stores nearby. I highly recommend checking out the restaurant Juggernaut in the nearby Kailash Colony Market for delicious, South Indian food and a great ambience.
Stayed here for 2 nights as part of business trip to NCR. One of the best small hotels I have stayed. Very clean, professionally managed with courteous staff. Stayed in their single room which was very cozy and comfortable. The room was clean. Bathrooms clean. Bedsheets, towels, flooring, everything was perfectly clean. They have a small in-house restaurant which serves basic but delicious food. Breakfast buffet menu was different everyday and delicious. They might not have a huge spread of items for buffet but everything was tasty and made fresh. Definitely will be staying here during all my visits to Delhi. Very well connected to any part of NCR, thanks to the metro station which is just a couple of minutes away.
