We stayed at Bay Springs 1 night passing through for our anniversary and we LOVED it. If i had known how wonderful it was we would have made arrangements to stay longer! We have never stayed anywhere where we were treated with such kindness. The INN is family owned and operated and they care about making you happy. This is not a place to stay if you are looking for fancy gadgets and shiny decor but if you are looking for somewhere to relax, feel safe, that is CLEAN, with a rustic, country setting this is it. They have Bible studies and gospel signings for their guest. In each room there are books that were put together by the owner that tell about they area and also have some very interesting and beautiful stories! We will definitely be going back and I want the owners to know what an impact they made on us by showing that there are still good people in this world!

We went for our couples fishing tournament the last weekend in October. We drove our class A motorhome pulling our bass boat for the weekend. We spoke with Terri (owner) knowing we probably wouldn’t be able to launch our boat and she said Robbie (son) would be more than happy to launch the boat as well as pull it out of the water. The campground was clean, peaceful and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely camp there again with or without the fishing tournament. We were right beside the boat ramp which gave us peace of mind having our boat in a slip for two nights.

Terrible hotel. We booked our reservation online but after driving all day and arriving exhausted the guy said their system was down and we would have to pay cash. And the price we had to pay was more than the online price we booked the room for. Luckily we had a little cash on us or we would have had to sleep in our car because they are the only hotel in town. The king room we reserved was somehow not available, they were all taken which is a lie because we had one reserved so he gave ours away. The room was dirty and dingy , there was hair in the bathroom and the mirror was covered in soap scum and who knows what else. If I were days inn I would be embarrassed that this hotel represents their company.

Let me start by saying, this is a Motel. There are no fancy amenities or special services but the owners are amazing people. The rooms are clean and the showers work great. There is a pool and it appears to be well maintained. We stayed here and it was fine. We felt safe and comfortable.

I found myself needing to find a place to spend the night. This was unexpected so I didn't want to spend a lot of money but I wanted a clean American owned place to stay. When I rode my motorcycle down into the driveway I knew that I had found it. The owners were extremely helpful and caring. The room was amazingly clean. No odors, no mold, no worries about clean linens. There was a mini fridge and PLENTY of outlets. I will go back even of its just to stay there again.

I don't generally bother to write reviews, but felt I needed to this time. This is a clean and well-run motel. Definitely a family operation, and you know you are talking with someone who cares about the place when you check in or if you need anything. Rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need. No fake luxury and no corporate stuff either. Just a good place. Highly recommended.

If you want a nice clean, affordable, American owned place to stay the Bay Springs is it. The rooms are very clean. No odors, linens are clean. The owners are awesome and always friendly and helpful. Good recommendations on places to eat and things to see. This was my second stay and I will stay here next time I am in Centre Alabama.
