Splurged for the end of my trip in Panama, spent 2 nights in the King Jungalow. It was so worth it. The experience of sleeping with nature right next to you is amazing, while having a little sense of luxury. Food was good and the staff was fantastic and more than willing to help with anything we needed, whether it... More

I can't say enough good things about the Palmar Tent Lodge. My boyfriend and I visited Boquete, Bocas, and Panama City. Staying at the Palmar Tent Lodge in Bocas del Toro was our favorite part of the trip. We loved the unique and intimate environment of our tent. The beach was beautiful, clean, and not crowded. It was actually the... More

I took a trip through Central and South America this summer, and Palmar Tent Lodge was a true highlight. I did yoga everyday with such nice visitors and instructors, ate delicious food, met people over adventures across the various islands in the area (ATV racing, cocoa farm tour, going out to fun nightlife spots), and relaxed under beautiful weather. The restaurant/bar area was a great place to hang out, meet people, play games, and of course eat and drink! The food was all delicious and reasonably priced (especially considering how taxing it... My friends and I spent almost one month on Red Frog Beach, enjoying everything Palmar has to offer. The food is incredible, considering everything, including you, is brought in by water transport. The owners Aaron and MK made myself and my friends feel most welcome and we became good friends with the manager Juan and some of the bar staff.... More

Palmar is a great little oasis and has honestly been a highlight for our Central America trip!! Located on one of the best beaches in Bocas we were able to wake up with the sound of the ocean and started every morning with a yoga class taught by MK or Veronica. In the lodge you were surrounded by amazing and... More

We stayed here for 3 weeks and loved it! The bar and yoga studio are right on the beautiful and quiet Red Frog beach. There is so much wild life and the staff are also very friendly. Definitely recommend!
