We spent two nights at this very cute hotel located right on the main street of Boca town. Everything is at walking distance. There is a very nice terrace overlooking the bay where breakfast is usually served. Rooms are wide and comfortable and the owners Darla and Tito will help you out with anything you might need!

We had a very nice stay at Bahia Hotel! I loved the big terrace upstairs with a view over the ocean. The hotel is situated near restaurants, bars, and the best supermarket of the lovely island of Isla Colon. Rooms are nice and clean, with a very comfortable bed, AC working perfectly, clean bathrooms. The staff was very helpful and... More

This is an impressive building with an ocean view but it is pretty 'rough round the edges'. The bed was comfy and the air-con good, but there was a general lack of cleanliness about the place (sticky floors, dubious marks around the toilet etc) and the breakfast was absolutely awful compared to every other hotel in our 2 week Latin... Stayed at this place in november of 2015. I had few expectations at first but then change when we got to the room. The place was totally clean, really nice, a really comfortable bed. The only thing that doesn´t like us was the breakfast is served on the second floor and the table was next to our door so since... More

Gran Bahia is an institution (having once been the HQ for the United Fruit company) but for such a grand building it is lacking in character. Equally it is very noisy at night (to be fair we were there on 28/29th Dec so every bar was blaring out music...to 4am!) The breakfast is a sad affair...not an egg in sight... More

The reception staff was very pleasant, especially the young man who checked us in who was also helpful to us personally, I believe his name was Alguino or Algernon (sorry about inaccurate spelling) but the reception staff are literally sitting behind bars which made you feel like you were walking into a prison. Nice hardwood floors everywhere but the hotel... More

We were in the off season, so did not find the hotel night club next door too loud, never heard it in our... More

Everything was correct : the rooms were nice and clean, location was very good, breakfast was basic but sufficient ( the breakfast area is really nice) , wifi worked well. Quite a bit of noise in the evenings because of the terasse outside but pretty manageble. We had room 206 upstairs. We were able to do a late check out... More

The best meat on the island / El mejor carne de Isla Colón. Wonderful service, fast and friendly. I've been living in Panama now for 1,5 years and this was one of the best meats I've had. La parrilla es perfecto, la comida es simple y deliciosa. Nice porch is giving you a relax, don't worry about the rain feeling.

We stayed here recently with a group of friends and really enjoyed our visit. The building is historic- it was the offices of the United Fruit Company built around 1904. It has the ambience of a colonial town house and has a great balcony where you take breakfast and can people watch in the street below. The rooms are very... More
