I stayed at Cala Luna for a week while studying at Habla Ya Spanish Language school. The hotel is really nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The owners are very friendly and happy to help with any questions. I ate at the restaurant twice. I had pizza one night and pasta the second time. The food is delicious, but a... More

The only downside of my review is that the hotel is a bit apart from the Avenida Central from Isla Colon. And there isn't much of a view. Everything else in the Hotel is great: good stady wood construction, good space in a private room, good hospitality from the Italian couple that owns the place. We took the cheapest room... More

Good privacy, nice rooms and only a couple blocks from main area, super friendly owners and great food. Close to airport but not that many planes coming in so wasn't really an issue for me. I'd would stay here again.

We found this place by chance, just by wandering round town, and we're really glad we did! It's a lovely place -polished wooden floors everywhere, clean, comfortable and within easy reach of the town's main strip (about a 3-minute walk), but far enough off it that there's no noise at night. You are by the runway for the town's tiny... More

We stayed here for 2 weeks while we went to School at Habla Ya. It was just a five minute walk from the school and it tuned out to be a great stay. While not luxurious, the place was very clean and well run. Our room was quite large. Alberto and his wife made sure that all our needs were... More

While I may have thought being on the waterfront was preferable, CalaLuna was actually perfect because there was minimal noise at night. The wood finishing and layout makes you feel like you are in a treehouse. I really appreciated the feeling of tranquility, especially with the hammocks. Alberto is a super nice guy and was very cordial and friendly during... More

This is really a superb place to stay in Bocas and has the best food around...Best seafood pasta I have had since being in Sicily, cooked by Alberto and his wife. It is not right on the seafront buy a 5 minute walk,,,however, this is also good as its just far enough away to avoid all the hustle and bustle... More

Walking distance from the airport (if not raining); walking distance to all parts of Bocas town. More expensive than a hostel but my wife and I have long passed that stage of our lives so this did the trick for us. This is not a Marriot/Hilton etc.; do not expect that in Bocas; there were no 'supplies' other than hand... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed it. The room had a lot of pretty wood, air conditioning, a nice bathroom, and a sitting area just outside of it. The owners, Alberto and his wife, are really nice and helpful. Moreover, there is a restaurant downstairs that serves very good food. It's not obvious, but... More

Finding the place was not easy but not that hard, just follow the signs from the main park (Parque Simón Bolívar). The place is clean, comfortable, quiet but not offers greater luxury or a beautiful view from the windows ... which I did not need. The owners, Mr.. Alberto and mrs. Marcela, are extremely friendly, to say the least. My... More
