It is located right next to the lake, and although our room (no.1913) had a street view, it was modern and clean with comfy beds. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet serving delicious European and Asian food. We also had a tasty hot pot evening meal there. Staff were also very pleasant. We were only there for a day and... More

Pay the extra to get a lake view and try for a higher floor as the views are incredible. The rooms are nice and modern however the bathroom constantly smelt of sewer and we only stayed one night but the room was not made up despite leaving the sign switched on. The breakfast had a wide spread but it is... More

Pros: # Great location - a minutes walk from Shuishe Pier and within a couple of mins walk from Shuishe visitor center # Service staff was friendly & helpful - although only one staff did actually speak English Cons: # Breakfast is chaotic & the labelling of dishes in English needs to improve (does not indicate the meat being served)... Best part about this hotel is the location for access to easy bike rentals to ride around the lake, taking a ferry to other points of interest, and a spectacular lake view. Pay for the lake view room! They only have feather pillows if you happen to be allergic. No iron or ironing board available. Comes with basic toiletries and... More

The hotel is located near shuishe pier, I have stayed on 1 night in Lake view Family room. The room is clean but have a bit dirty in bathroom. The staff is friendly and service mind but they can't handle a little problem from some fussy customer.

I've stayed here one night in Full Lake view Family room. The room is good and clean but quite old. I think this hotel is reasonable price than other lakeside hotels with Full lake view. Free-wifi is in room. Breakfast is included but simple and less services. We had dinner here also with 20%discount traditional meal for hotel guests. Dinner... More

The hotel is acceptable but for the price they charge they really should offer more than just a reasonable view. The Spa rooms looked old an dirty so we asked to change to a normal room which was a lot better. Breakfast was horrid, coffee was good though.

This hotel was recommended by my travel agent. Terrible + horrible. Old and dirty. The corners of the room is fill with layers of dirt. On check in, I can't wait to leave first thing early next morning. The rate came with breakfast. Very simple breakfast. By the way, self service. Find your own table, clear your own plates. They...
